Perfect small spotlights
These are an excellent design, and give a good light. Easy to install. We liked the first two so much, we bought another couple! Delivery was very quick.

Reliable, great products, great service
Placed an order online and was quickly notified it was out of stock. They offered an alternative. I explained my urgency for delivery and they obliged. Polite during all phone calls. Could not be faulted.

Good service and help, lot of choice
As a non professional it was good to have some help to choose sensor light, dimmable spots...if I was buying it online i will get them wrong.
Also I bought bathroom light and pendant light as they have a lot of choice and their prices were always the best for a same article ( dayton astro bathroom light).

Speedy delivery and excellent service
I ordered five 13A 2 gang sockets and 4 tilting in ceiling lights and everything was delivered the next day. The lights were missing bulbs - the website stated lamps included - so i gave them a call. They were very helpful and the bulbs where delivered next day. Would definitely use the company again.

Really helpful and speedy service, even changed my order via email for me.
I was trying to match a fused switch/socket in our kitchen to one we already had and I clicked on what I thought was the right one, and paid. They informed me of the status immediately and kept me informed when it transpired the item was out of stock. My hubby then pointed out that I should have ordered the satin nickel effect, not the chrome finish, and I asked via sales email if they could change the item. They confirmed this straight away and the item arrived this morning at 08:20. Very pleased with their service and the produce is perfect.
