Do NOT use Sparksparts...

I recently purchased car parts from the website, with the following breakdown: a subtotal of $314.50, a shipping charge of $30.12, and a handling fee of $5.00. I also applied a discount coupon which reduced the total by $15.73, bringing the final amount paid to $333.89.

The items were scheduled to ship on April 4th, but when I received no updates, I reached out to their customer service. In response, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $130 because the shipment was supposedly "oversized."

At no point during the checkout process—or in any communication prior to my inquiry—was it stated that additional fees for oversized items would apply. This demand came only after I had fully paid and contacted them myself.

This is completely deceptive and unprofessional behavior. The website’s practices are misleading, and I strongly believe this business is operating in bad faith. I consider this experience to be a scam.
