Unfortunately the worst rental company I had to deal with. First everything seemed ok but when moving out they came up with all kinds of repair costs I needed to pay even though in the move out inspection they could only find a few small things that needed fixing (few walls needed paint and few screw holes needed filling), I lived there a year. They paid me less than 1 months rent back (from 3 months deposit rent). I feel that I was cheated and most likely they do this to everyone. In the move out inspection I was told that if I give them a good review in here they will take that in count when they do the final calculations, I did that but now when I have the final result, that really didn’t matter.
