Spartoo are a nightmare to deal with
I purchased a pair of size 36 shoes from Spartoo.it. I was sent size 35. I was flooded with automated messages which did not deal with the problem of the return and was also sent constant SPAM. Finally I was sent the details to contact the courier SDA in order to return the shoes. The number on the form which Spartoo sent was incorrect and the Rome office knew this, they also posted the same number on my personal page for me to ring. I rang the office in Rome and the young man hung the phone up on me after telling me he knew the telephone number for SDA was wrong. Why didn't he give me the correct number or ring them for a collection? I have repeatedly asked them for the correct number but they will not give it to me, they repeatedly send automated messages. I rang them again & a man called C***o told me he would order the courier to collect the shoes. They didn't come. They have caused me much inconvenience, anger & wasted my time for a mistake which they made. They do not want you to be able to return faulty or incorrectly send goods. They have been sending me in circles for 2 weeks. I warned them that I will write a denuncia because they have my money & I do not have the goods I ordered. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you use Amazon, you simply tell them the problem on their form & it is immediately resolved they do not SPAM you with automated messages & newsletters & you never receive rudeness from anyone in their office.

I sincerely apologize for what happened, unfortunately the sending error as explained by our operators, was due to a warehouse error and we are terribly sorry for what happened, the problem relating to the shipment of the return with the courier was a temporary inconvenience, solved within a week, in the meantime we directly proceeded to book collections for returns for customers as it was in your case. I have personally unsubscribed from the newsletter so that you no longer receive any advertising material.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE SPARTOO.COM
I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on the Spartoo Web site. Just a few minutes later I received an email asking me to send a copy of either my driver’s license or passport and a photocopy of a utility bill. THEY ARE ASKING FOR MY PRIVATE IDENTIFYING DOCUMENTS for a pair of Birkenstocks. And to top it all they have charged me TWICE. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in an online shopping experience. I am calling my bank tomorrow to flag them.
