I ordered an inflatable Paddle SUP and it never arrived

I ordered an inflatable Paddle SUP board the 17th of February. It got shipped by UPS and did not get delivered until today and the investigation by UPS got closed. The SUP got shipped to a wrong address as stated by UPS , the people at that address never received the board UPS opened an investigation and can't find the delivery there's also no name , but it never got too our office and our address is the same since 12 years. Now they even try to blame us for there failure to deliver. Very unprofessional of Aimee Tang representing a company that sells and does not deliver and did not refund or offer me another solution.
