Passenger headlight issues

After purchasing headlights from one of their sellers online, the headlight’s built in led strip began to fail a few months after installation. Now the passenger headlight turns on and off at random. Tried reaching out with no answer. Not a bulb issue but their headlights are very cheaply wired together with exposed uncovered wires, not to mention the bulbs themselves are not common whatsoever and not bright. Very unimpressed, and will never purchase from them again.
