Placed order in first week of December, account was debited almost immediately, but to date (20th January) haven't received a thing.

Contact phone number goes dead as soon as you dial it, nothing by way of a reply to numerous e-mails and chasing.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

I ordered socks, at a cost of over £40, at the beginning of December. Money was immediately withdrawn, but still, on the 12th January, haven't received the socks. I have phoned and emailed numerous times, but have never got a single answer or reply. Trading standards have been informed.

Placed order in November - nothing ever arrived. 6 weeks later, cancelled order but money already taken and nobody ever replied to emails or phone calls. This is clearly a scam and this company should be closed down. Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Placed a large order on 8th Dec 2015. Money was withdrawn immediately yet never received anything, nor did I receive confirmation of the order being sent. Have sent many 'Urgent' queries via their site, called them and not heard a word back.

Total sham. Avoid. Amazing that people and sites like these carry on existing without being shut down.

I ordered goods which never arrived. Company failed to respond to emails, letters and telephone calls. I am out of pocket now. I have reported the company for fraud.

I have used this company previously and had no problems. Unfortunately I did not see the more recent reviews others have posted before placing my order on 20 August. Payment was taken immediately, and on 24 August I received an email to say the socks had been despatched and should be delivered in 1-5 days.

On 3 September I emailed to say that the socks had not arrived, and on 5 September sent an urgent note via the website. Neither has been answered.

On 8 September I tried to phone and was told that the number had been disconnected.

Wife ordered 6th December. Has chased it several times via email and no answer. Have searched the internet for reviews of the company and they suggest company not 100%.

I have threatened court action and will amend this feedback if i do receive either the goods or a refund.

Advise others not to use.

Order never arrived, phone calls go straight to an answerphone, calls never returned, emails not returned, addresses are virtual offices used for mail forwarding and the owner has other firms in liquidation.

I ordered some socks and they haven't turned up. With their website down I have no way to contact them. Best avoided!

A real shame as they look like they have some seriously good products, but since placing an order 2 weeks ago now & then following up with an enquiry - I've not heard anything & remain sockless. Website is now showing as 'Down for maintenance'. Oh yes card was charged on the day I placed the order……best avoided for now.

Just ordered some Hestra glove liners with Specialistsocks and didn't have any problems at all. Order was processed the following day and they were dispatched the day after that.
