Just this, there are the best watercooling specialists with the best quallity products in a good price. Realy, the best in this kind!!

I have been looking for a specific part urgently but have been held up by stock issues every outlet i've tried. Long story short, Specialtech, and in particular a chap on Support called Martyn, have gone above and beyond to ensure I get the item as soon as possible and even pre-empted my coming back to them after shopping around, holding the last bit of stock for me. I really can't rate these guys enough, largely because of the excellent assistance and communications from customer support, which seems more and more of a rareity on the whole. Have used their services for some years now and am always happy, particularly this time. 10/10

The Coolermaster Eisberg All In One CPU Watercooling kit is of very good build and it keeps my overclocks well within the margins, even when the pump is running at 9-Volts.
I've been with SpecialTech for a few years now and every order I've received has been promptly delivered and of good quality. Thanks again SpecialTech.

Special tech have an amazing range of water cooling parts, there customer service is excellent. i enquired about an item that was out of stock and they came back to me with a fast responce of there next delivery. All the parts i have bought from them are of great quality and work fine in my system. I will definatly be coming back again and again.

One of these Item I received was not 100% perfect (wobbling Bitfenix fan), but I am in a difficult family situation - no time to deal with that.

The product ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I was offered the option to go through alternatives with the member of staff I had contacted. I found him very helpful and was promptly refunded the full amount to my PayPal account. I will use Specialtech again

I've only ever had one item that's had to be returned, and Specialtech's handling was exemplary. I will continue to spend money with them as my preferred W/C supplier and look forward to having some money to spend :)

Wrong case sent out and it was not initially too clear how to get back in touch to address the issue so it took a little while for Support & returns to get involved but once they did the service was excellent.

First of all Specialtech seem to be decent but il go over pros and cons

Much Slower compared to the speedy 24hour courier from SCAN

COMMUNICATION:
Aftersale delivery communiction is non existent unless you request it (SCAN.co.uk's courier is FANTASTIC for communication)

PACKAGING:
I recently had a large expensive order delivered in shocking packaging. All my items were just lying lose in the box with very little foam protection or equivilent (God knows how nothing was damaged)


VERDICT:

Will I buy from Specialtech UK again?
Not until they sort out the cons iv mentioned as many other companies including SCAN do not suffer from these. I will however keep a close eye on Specialtech for improvements as they are far from the terrible company but until then I think i'll need to stick with SCAN

All good, no problems

I purchased the 3 fan water cooling kit + some coloured piping. The kit was ok, good quality on the parts that count (pump - fittings - water block). However the radiator case fittings were very delicate / crudely designed in so much as when tightening the screws into the fitting it was easy to strip the thread of the fitting (worth mentioning that I do electronics and also used to be an optical mechanic by trade and so I am used to working with delicate, precisely engineered equipment). It was not too much of a problem, it worked ok, but it is an area that could really do with improvement.

Secondly, and most annoyingly, the lovely brightly coloured tubing I ordered was of an unusably short length. Sure enough, on double checking the specification, the website does indeed state the length but one assumes that hey, these guys are supposed to know what they are doing, it must be enough for a standard installation right?. They wouldn't ship me a useless short piece of pipe right?

Wrong - it is half the length of the standard clear piping shipped with the kit! What is the point in that.

Well done special tech for providing a default length of "unusably short". Top marks for this, no really well done.

I've ordered some parts from Specialtech, as they were the only ones who had exactly what I needed. I was positively surprised by the range and pretty competitive prices.
I've made choice of what I needed fairly quickly and the checkout was a breeze.
I definitely recommend this shop.

Broad availability, fast shipping, and with reliability.

I have placed numerous orders recently and found neary everything I need.
Website could be improved by having a save list for complex orders and info on when items not in stock will be availble.
Only let down is order despatch times. When I place an order on say a Tuesday night for a few stock items, I would hope the oder would be processed the next day and be despatched that day. Not once has this ever happened so an order placed on Tuesday evening is not despatched till Thursday evening which is generally too late for delivery that week, i.e. items won't arrive till Monday, nearly a week later even if next day delivery is selected.
Overall 7 out f 10

Found Specialtech website very easy to use plenty of stock and a great selection of goods for all my Pc watercooling needs. Delivery was very prompt along with greta communication.

Good websight, great service and fast delivery overall great to deal with.
