Great choice and price range. I only wanted a pair of cheap spare reading glasses and still there was great choice. Easy to order and add your prescription, lots of updates of how the order was progressing and delivered in a timely fashion. Great value

Great quality, service & value. The Jai Kudo JK-450-P frame looks like a premium frame not a budget one. Service was quicker than I expected. All good. The only issue I had was that I only wanted basic lenses, no coatings or tints etc. Its not a straightforward process to achieve this but it worked in the end.

Easy to use website, wide range of quality frames, very good value on sale days. Most importantly excellent prescription execution. Have been using for a few years, after having eye test conducted at famous high street store.

I realised I’d ordered sunglasses instead of normal glasses and although I’d been emailed that they are being prepared in the lab I spoke to someone on the phone who was very helpful and checked to see if they could change the order. She came back to me very quickly and confirmed the change and then I received my glasses in a few days. Excellent customer service.

First time I had gone with a non-high street bricks and mortar retailer, but I need not have worried. The experience was excellent. The glasses I have are the same as my other prescription ones (bought from a shop), but I think they're actually better quality - no blur at all. They are perfect. And cheaper than my previous pairs. Great value. Communication was great throughout.
