Great turn around, communication and ultimately the glasses at the end were fantastic

I ordered prescription sunglasses from SpeckyFourEyes. They were very thorough and helped me with the information when I missed things. They also spotted that i had put incorrect information down and checked this with me rather than send me the wrong glasses. The glasses looked exactly like the picture and suit my needs perfectly.
I would recommend.

Great selection of frames, easy online ordering process, and the accuracy of the prescription was checked multiple times. Pricing for add-ons such as lens coatings were very clear and I was kept updated at every stage of the process. My new glasses arrived quickly, they look fantastic, and were a lot cheaper than at the optician's! Highly recommended.

Easy to order. Good communication. There was a problem with my order (wrong frames sent) but I got a quick and helpful response when I queried it and the correct frames were dispatched very quickly. Very happy and will definitely use SpeckyFourEyes again & recommend to friends.

I have purchased quite a few pairs of spectacles from SpeckyFourEyes and have always been very pleased with the products and the service .

I made an error with the prescription details on my most recent order but after contacting the team and explaining my error, they went above and beyond in order to correct the details.
This helpful attitude is another good reason for continuing my custom with Specky.

The work and service SpeckyFourEyes provided was excellent

I had a sight test at Specsavers and they were quite pushy about me purchasing a pair of glasses there and then.

The designer fram that I liked was £320 including single vision lenses and a UV and anti-scratch coating.

A pair of reading glasses would have cost an additional £190. That's £510 in total.

So, I requested my prescription and contacted SpeckyFourEyes.

Long story short. 2 pairs of the latest Ted Baker style reading glasses AND 2 pairs of the latest Ted Baker distance glasses, including all coatings was less than £160.

The service from SpeckyFourEyes was absolutely brilliant and my glasses are perfect, fit really well and the lenses work perfectly.

There is a moral here somewhere !

I have used SFE for my glasses for a number of years and never had any issue at all. Good communication, great frames and prices. Fast delivery. Highly recommend over high street retailers with high prices and questionable sales tactics.

Have to say what a great company this is, and brilliant customer service, I ordered a pair of Jai Kudo glasses on 8/12/25 sent my prescription details and have just received them today.

i THOUGHT i HAD AN ISSUE WITH sPECKY FOUR EYES,BUT THE ISSUE WAS THEY WERE DILIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS,IN THE MEAN TIME THEY OFFERED TO MAKE UP NEW GLASSES WHICH THEY DID, AND WHEN THE GLASSES TURNED UP I WAS OFFERED THE NEW ONES FOR HALF PRICE, WHAT A SERVICE THEY PROVIDED, WELL DONE.

I have been so amazed by the high level of customer service that I have received. My original order got lost in the post via standard shipping (that was on me a bit as it is coming up the Christmas and I should have got first class delivery). I contacted the company after two weeks about this issue and I was contacted the following working day by the customer service team. They said that my glasses had indeed been lost in the post via royal mail, but they have taken my order as priority and would ship another pair to me via first class post for no extra cost to me, and that if the original pair of glasses did happen to arrive to me, I could just keep them. Within two days, the newer glasses have arrived.
I feel so valued as a long-term repeat customer and feel that other retailers should take note. Thank you to the excellent customer service team and the representative that was so swift to organise a replacement pair to arrive to me and in time for the Christmas break.

AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AMATEUR “BUSINESS” who have no clue what they’re doing! They have taken money and failed to provide goods. Ignore whatever reply they come back with because I’m sure they’ll get creative. Bank will refund me thankfully. I’ve spent several thousand of my good money at this place and time and time again they can’t count, pick items or advertise them correctly. You buy something and they send a totally different item and say well we threw in free lens cloths so be grateful. For real hahahaha! On another planet! They must hire some really basic people in the warehouse who hate their jobs and it shows and frankly after interactions with management myself I can see why they would hate it, but if you could like count that would like great! Every order except one has been wrong over the years. I laugh and prep myself whenever I receive an order because it’s honestly like a pick n mix and they make it up as they go. I’ve never known such a bad business, but got some massive freebies over the time because warehouse can’t count to save their lives so there is that! Haha! Save yourself the headache. Issues, issues, and the final straw is yet another wrong order and failure to take accountability. I found them to be truly
rude, insincere and horrible people over my course of several years. Glad to take my custom elsewhere and hopefully the economy will take care of them. Avoid this shambolic excuse for a company! I’m free!

Great value glasses that fit well, are comfortable and look great. Regular update emails were welcome to let me know where they were up to. Standard delivery was pretty prompt too. I’ve never bought specs online before so took a £50 gamble with my latest prescription. The ‘gamble’ more than paid off, and they are now my go-to daily specs.

I have always used Specky 4 Eyes and always will, the quality and customer service is exceptional.
