I feel there was a greater enfasis on sales, than to solve the problem is still have wth my eye.

glasses out of warranty by 6 weeks and could not help.
I already contacted Specsavers through my review and explained the situation. I have not heard anything?

Took a long time to get delivered. If you are re-ordering make sure you do it well in advance. I have bought from the Uk and had them delivered quicker and cheaper.

I purchased both hearing aids and glasses from Specsavers in Onehunga. The service provided was very professional and prompt. Communication was really effective both in store and via email and text. Ashley Kim the audiologist was fabulous. She clearly explained what was happening and why it was happening at all stages of the process. She also took her time explaining what to expect when the aids were fitted. I love my hearing aids. I am back in the conversations with others and I am really enjoying a new social life. I highly recommend Ashley Kim audiologist Onehunga Specsavers if you need a hearing check or aids.

Hearing and eye test
I was happy with both tests. Ladies who did my eye test and hearing had great communication skills, explained procedure in full and ended with a full explanation on their findings. Customer service spot on

Jessie was a student optometrist , she was amazing very gentle and nervous which I didn’t mind at all .I gave her space and let her do what she thought was significant for my eyes , very calm and friendly with good mannerisms . She explained to me in detail and answered all my questions in a Professional way -Smile on her face- it took almost a hour which I didn’t mind at all . My expectations was very high for which she excel 👏🏾👏🏾.. .. Keep up with your hard work and your dedication/ commitment with motivation will take you Far in life 🥇🏆.. Thank you 🙏🏾

Right from when I walked in to the store to when i returned to pick up my glasses, the service was brilliant. They remembered my name and even helped choose lenses that would suit my face. They made me feel like I was their #1 customer even when I had met them a couple of times before.
