Transaction efficace
Navigation plutôt intuitive.
Par contre, difficile de changer de mode de retrait des billets lors de la phase de validation, donc nécessité de recommencer la transaction.
Mais ensemble rapide et efficace.

Marche bien, mais envahit mon information privée
This was the first time I have used Carrefour Spectacles. The system worked fine to receive the tickets I needed. However, I did not appreciate AT ALL the information (including my birth date) that I was obliged to give in order to make the transaction.
I shop at Carrefour and I have a Carrefour card. But frankly, I find Carrefour more and more irritating and manipulative in the way it treats its customers. In all of the dealing I have had with Carrefour, the customer is forced to give information that is none of Carrefour's business. I doubt I will use the Carrefour Spectacles site again, even though you already have my information.
