We are very happy with Spectrum
We have always had better service with Spectrum as opposed to Comcast. Recently, we had problems with the internet going off. We thought it was just because more people were on the service, but when we called Spectrum to complain, they sent out a technician that very day, a Sunday AND Mother's Day, to take care of the situation. The technician spent about 1.5 hours here. He found that our old cable was rubbing against the house and was rusted. He suggested that they run a new line underground as our line passed through our neighbor's yard and told us an outside firm would come to bury the line with no charge to us. We had some concerns about where the cable would be going, so he rerouted the cable to make it agreeable to us. He spent time explaining everything to us and made sure we understood everything. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with Spectrum
Horrible service
Horrible service. I called spectrum for a low hanging wire on the side of our building. Verizon and Coned came out quickly (within an hour). They told us it was a Spectrum wire and couldn't believe Spectrum didn't come out quickly to fix. Verizon guys were really nice and told us they couldn't do anything because it wasn't there wire - but did pull the wire up higher off the ground because they told us it was dangerous. When Spectrum finally came out days later - we went outside to show him the wire (it wasn't obvious anymore since Verizon pulled it up). The tech hushed my husband and made a hand gesture as to say "go away" and says rudely "I'm on the phone". This was a public wire - not affecting our service. We just did the right thing to get it fixed....so we weren't going to be spoken to like this tech did. So he walked away. The tech did nothing - the wire is still not fixed.
Very satisfied customer
From initial inquiry to setting appointment and installation was seamless. The sales associate on phone was professional and informative ant the technician was so prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I highly praise them both! We live in a very rural area and until now, we had Dish Network and Hughesnet satellite for service! Always loosing connection and trying to watch a movie on Netflix or others was so much buffering we would just switch to local tv channel. We prayed for the day for 8 years now, they we could ditch them both and here we are! It’s only been a couple days but so far, WiFi is lightening fast and watching a movie without 20 mins of buffering has been refreshing!

Spectrum offers reliable service. Their apps and website are easy to navigate and when needed, schedule an at-home visit to replace equipment and/or repair cable lines. The technician (Jonny) that came to my home was a confident, experienced professional that resolved my issue quickly.
Why spectrum domestic customer service
When you call spectrum for service they answer the phone with their first name and tell you the state in the US they're located in. I am done doing business with companies that don't have domestic customer service they are a great company great employees love this place.
Terrible service and horrible customer service
Technicians did not show - did not call - wasted an entire Friday night waiting on someone who NEVER showed or communicated with me. They rescheduled and when the technician finally arrived, just as I suspected, they told me “everything is fine on our end…” yet, I still have to turn off my WiFi on my phone to browse or even text message, My tvs still lag, and my laptop has to be connected to my phones hotspot half the time. The MINUTE another carrier is in my neighborhood I will switch! Dealing with spectrum is the absolute worst experience in customer service!

The technician was that repaired my service was top shelf, HOWEVER, the line burial crew was the worst and most unprofessional ever! Spectrum must have contracted the cheapest laborers ever! Previous crews have been great, but I guess times are tough. They dug up my yard with a ditch witch and did not put the grass back properly or flatten everything back out. It had rained the day beforehand and so they dug out several spots in my rock driveway and in my yard of beautiful Bermuda turf that I have spent years working on!! He said , in half understandable English, that the yard would be back to normal in a couple of weeks and it took everything in me not to chew him out! I had to spend an hour stomping and smoothing out the lawn erupting trail they left and then drive back and forth down the driveway to flatten the mounds of dirt and grass they were too lazy to take care of. Of all the times I have had lines buried in my adult life, I have never seen such shoddy and lazy work or workers. Deport them immediately!! They tried to dig through my French drains after I told them they couldn’t, as if they didn’t believe me! How disrespectful! I had to yell at the guy to stop before I ended up hold Spectrum liable for the damages to my drainage. Those boys were the worst and I was soo kind to them despite being completely dissatisfied!

Everybody from customer service to the technicians are all awesome. I love this company in general. I have never had a problem with spectrum. Everything was awesome now the app. Well, I am not really very technical. So the app is a little difficult for me it's easier for me with humans
