I love this brand. The brushes are so soft and I lokve their are colourful. The powder puffs are insane. I wash them so many times and still look great. This brand definitely makes my life more easier (as a person that wears makeup every single day) and I will always recommend it

The quality of Spectrum brushes is outstanding. They are well-made and well-designed. The ordering process is smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions. My package arrived safely and securely, and it was packed beautifully.

The perfect brushes. And my go to fave for the foundation blending sponges. I also recently got some for my daughter who loves experimenting with makeup now she’s older. They do some of the cutest bits with characters 😍💗🍒

Great brushes, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never even got 3 of the items I paid for. I reached out to customer service over 13 times to no avail. They wouldn’t replace the missing items. They only offered a refund on 10% of the shipping cost for the defective, half untapped box they sent me.
After much pushback they agreed to send me a replacement. Every time I’ve asked for a replacement shipping confirmation / tracking number; they ignore me or start giving tracking numbers for other orders I placed - completely unrelated.

They’re great if you actually get your stuff. If you don’t, you’re screwed! You’re just out the money. They still owe me over $50 and they won’t be refunding the missing items or shipping them.

I have to dispute the purchase. I should get my money back considering I have 36 screenshots of proof. It’s just frustrating to have to go through all this hassle.

I wish they would replace Ella. She is completely incompetent and does not bother reading the emails at all. She lies, deflects, and places blame on others.

0/10 don’t recommend because they literally STOLE from me. I’m filing an FTC.GOV complaint to. They aren’t abiding by their own policy online or US consumer protection laws.

I love these brushes so soft to use, also clean well too! I got the mini Disney sets and I love them. They are perfect for travel size!

Absolutely love this brush set. Perfect for applying all types of makeup products - every brush you need to complete your look. The brushes are comfortable to hold and sit nicely in your hand. The bristles are soft and gentle on the face and hold their form well. My favourite set are the marbleous set- but only thing is the handle tend to change colour slightly but not major and does not affect the effectiveness of the brushes. Overall I love the brush 💕💕
