Beautiful, soft and work well
Delivery on these brushes was speedy. Came in beautiful packaging. I love that on the back of the box it explains the name of each brush (they have a code on the actual brush) and detail of what it is to be used for; perfect for beginners. The set of 10 brushes means you have everything you need to create a variety of looks.
The bristles are soft on your skin whilst simultaneously holding shape whilst you apply the product. They look incredibly beautiful which is a lovely bonus.
They clean up well.
A wonderful product that I would highly recommend.

Beautiful brushes
The brushes are so soft and fit perfectly into my make up routine. I started off with one set and had to buy more. I now have 3 sets. The brushes ensure an even coverage with even blending, never has applying make up been so easy. And the designs are beautiful making lovely gifts to oneself or others

Prepare to be ignored
The brushes I’ve received from Spectrum are lovely. Their customer service however is terrible. I made two separate orders, and decided I’d like to send half one of them back (an unwanted gift). Spectrum ask you to contact them to start returns, however they don’t reply to emails. I’ve been waiting 11 days now and still no reply after sending two emails, a contact request on their website and commenting on an IG photo.
I won’t be purchasing from Spectrum again, and recommend you don’t bother.

Update: since contacting on social media channels I managed to get a reply and have now received the set and it’s very good! Speed of response to customer emails could be improved in future
