This is a scam website!

I have placed an order with Spectrum Supplements twice. First in 2024 and then subsequently in 2025. On both occasions I received my orders with no issues. The supplements I ordered needed to be delivered with a cold pack in a special envelope. This happened on both occasions with no problems. I did order in the winter time though in UK. The delivery time is a little slower than I would like but that is the only difficulty I have had. I have also contacted Spectrum Supplements on one occasion to ask advice and have received timely and helpful communication. I have to say that from my experience so far I have found Spectrum Supplements to be a decent organisation.

Blocked from their service. I searched three versions of a supplement i had misspelled in under a minute and get hit with a "Your IP address has been flagged as producing spam. Please contact your internet service provider to have them white list your IP address."

Placed an order on 26 April. No follow up or confirmation email. I just tried to login to my account, it says my password is wrong which I only use one password for purchasing. Sent in request new password, it's 10 hours later and no response.

I should have heeded the trust pilot reviews. Placed an order. Heard nothing for a number of days so enquired as to when it would be arriving only to be told the shipment of the item wasn't expected for another few weeks and they had refunded me. Great that they refunded but their website says ships from UK which clearly isn't true. If items aren't in stock you'd expect it to either say so on the website or to receive an update from them. In this day and age you can definitely do better.

Well what can i say about this company no uk number to speak to sumbody and top it all off they took 3 payments for 1 item and then refunded me back the 2 payments then cancelled my orderd without asking me then took payment again left me overdrawn all for a tube of toothpaste at £28.99 WARING DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY VERY RELIABLE AND CLEARLY UNTRUST WORTHY WITH BANK DETAILS!!!!!

I placed an order on the 20th October and weeks later l did not receive any information about its whereabouts. I contacted the company 3 times on their website and via email and had no response.
I had to go through my bank to reclaim my money which was very quick and simple online. A week later out of the blue l received an up date stating my order had been dispatched. No explanation for the very very late delivery. My order came 17th Nov.
It would be worth your while simply stating that orders are from overseas and can take up to a month to be delivered, at least your customers can decide if they want to go ahead and order or not.
I don’t mind the wait but it the not knowing, no one responds to messages.

This company is not legitimate and will take your money. I ordered an item just below £200 in value on January 17th from which I never received a confirmation email of my order and subsequently have not received any package. After trying to reach out to the company for clarity I have been met with silence. These people will steal your money, do not order anything from them.

The company is serious, reliable and honest. The shipment was particularly fast. I was very satisfied with their efficient customer service. You can order with your eyes closed.
