The box I've sent arrived broken, in horrible conditions and the stuff I had inside had been damaged!!!!! They left the box under the rain and everything got wet. I contacted UPS who collected the box at first instance and they didn't want to take any responsibility. awful service!!!

Excellent. Great service and trustworthy. The price is also fair. I'm actually writing the review on purpose, got into this site for the recommendation, because I was expecting my packages from Italy to Spain, one containing my camera reflex with the lenses, and everything arrived perfectly! Cannot say the same thing when I sent some boxes con la Posta Italiana (too expensive, and more than 15 days to arrive). So I hope this could be useful for someone!

Our three parcels arrived after 5 working days, so not as quick as promised. Lightly damaged on the outside, but no damage to the content. The tracking was accurate and the service very reasonably priced, we are overall satisfied with the service and would recommend.
