Once again this incompetent delivery company has delivered my merchandise to the wrong home. I put clear directions stating no mat on porch. You will see a green chair and guard rails. Temu should be ASHAMED of themselves for allowing this company to continue to deliver for them. I'll take my businesse elsewhere

I was storing one small suitcase for a day at T-Centralen and was shocked how much it costed when I arrived! The price shown on the screens is charged hourly!!! Never again

Terrible Service – Misleading, Useless, and a Complete Waste of Money

Using Speed Photo was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a so-called “professional” service. I specifically used their photo booth for passport photos, only to be handed digital files that were completely useless—33KB in size, far below the 50KB minimum requirement set by passport authorities.

What’s even worse? No warning about this limitation before you pay. You only find out the files don’t meet basic standards after you’ve wasted your money. When I contacted their customer service to request a refund, they dismissed my concerns, shifting the blame onto me for not checking the technical requirements beforehand.

And yet, their website proudly showcases high-resolution, professional-looking images—completely misleading, since what they actually deliver is subpar and unusable for official documents. It’s hard not to feel scammed when the final product falls so far below what’s advertised.

The whole experience felt deceptive and incredibly frustrating. The lack of accountability, poor-quality product, and dismissive customer service make this a company I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If you need proper passport photos, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere—you’ll get a better product and won’t have to deal with this nonsense.

The instructions aren't clear and I locked a locker instead of opening it after paying. After trying to call the customer care, noone picked up and so I had to pay again. I tried reclaiming a refund over the 1st use which was for 10minute use. After sending an email, they told me to fill in a form, and after sending a form in english and them telling me to fill the form in swedish, and refilling and resending the swedish for; they told me that they won't refund since there was nothing wrong with the locker. Bad service.

Absurdely overpriced lockers at Stockholm Centralstation. Avoid this rip-off if you can!

Rip off, doesn't advertise 29 SEK starting fee

Be careful about the automatic photo machines.

The machines are the worst that I have ever seen, they just build in a way to cheat you and get more money.

And the customer service (complain) is just a cover to cheat People. They just reject customer claims based on their funny reasoning.

They don't act like a typical swedish company
