After I had ordered my cube was taking some time to process, which was odd so I checked the reviews, only to be disappointed and convinced that I had just gotten scammed. Still, my order shipped and arrived in perfect condition, exactly the cube I ordered with an additional cube stand I didn't even order! It did take 10 full days to arrive since I ordered it, which is a lot, but still the product arrived perfectly, exactly as it was listed and a bit cheaper than what other retailers showed. This is a Chinese company though and they shipped from Shenzhen, and the relay from their shipping company to Australia Post was very slow, taking 3 days. The cube I ordered was a Moyu & Sao Rs3m V5 (frosted). 5 Stars

What a load of crap.
Not an Australian company, 3 weeks i have been waiting for my cube (which was marked in stock) the tracking number they have given me is bogus, and no replies to both of my emails.

Avoid these POS's and go with, probably, any other possible company. Even scammers have the decency to reply.

I ordered a square-1 in early December and got annoyed when the parcel didn't arrive in the estimated 3 weeks after contacting Aramex they confirmed the parcel was lost. We then contacted speedcube shop Australia where they replied refusing to refund and said they were contacting aramex while an email from them clearly stated that they had put it on hold, after informing them of this they did not reply to the email and have scammed us.

5-12 day shipping but been in Brisbane for 17 days, tracking didn't appear until day 12, not contactable, absolute joke lucky they get 2 stars

I ordered a Weilong v11 and came in perfect condition! They reply fast and when it came, they gave me a Gan cube bag and a cube stand for free! Cubes are very cheap although the only problem is that it took 3 weeks.

My experience was great.

I ordered my gan 16 over 20 days ago and about 14 days it’s been shipped and I still haven’t got my cube I will update this if anything changes. [update] after some complications with my order the cube arrived no problems Great condition this website is just a bit slow and I think we just need to be patient with it

Scam, just like the rest of the reviews say.

Kids bought a 3x3 cube each, $40 per cube. The cubes turned up fine, but as soon as we opened the box, the plastic cracked and the magnets fell out. The cubes are functionally useless now.

Weeks spent chasing them for a resolution and they've just stopped replying. Since they aren't a registered Australian business there's really no avenue for recourse here. No phone number, no address, no ABN and no responses to emails. My only choice is to pay the kids back out of my own pocket and find them a better cube.

Do not buy from this website, I'd give it a lower score but 1 star is the lowest it will go. Absolutely dismal experience.

Scam website takes so long to process and plus i contacted them and they replied in 2 days but when i ordered and needed to cancel they didn't reply they said it take less than a week to ship to Australia but its been 3 weeks and Nothing. WARNING: THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE

My son saved his money and bought a GAN 15 Maglev UV cube in early JAN25. Upon my recommendation I told him to find a store from AUS as I thought it would be better than ordering from USA (he has another GAN which we bought from Speed Cube Shop - which is in the US).
Delivery and emails updating the delivery were great. The cube was fine. However, a couple of months later it started making a clicking noise and he complained about the magnets not being right. I thought he was being fussy but he kept complaining and comparing to his GAN from the USA.
I emailed these guys from their website and have not received any reply back. Its only been a week but after reading these reviews I believe this is a scam website and are not in AUS.
Worth noting, I accidentally first emailed Speed Cube Shop (USA) through their website as I thought we bought from there. Their customer service was awesome. They replied back within 24 hours. They were very helpful. When I told them I must have the wrong shop when they couldn't find my order, they told me they had no affiliate to Speed Cube Australia and that AUS had ripped off their branding and marketing to trick customers. That's when I came to these reviews. The websites are very similar and did indeed trick us.
I have a 2* rating as initially they were pretty good with their delivery but after service is not great. And if they are a scam website then these guys are not worth your time. Order from Speed Cube shop in the USA. We shall go back there.
I have also tried finding the AUS site on Instagram but not so easy. Can't really find anything that would be a legit shop.

I ordered a cube in may 8 2025 to Kuwait but it still says processing till today iam very skeptical but i saved for that cube so i will update this review if it didn't arrive but for now 8 days has passed with the tracking still saying processing and no reply on emails so wish me luck i saved for that cube for like 5 months
UPDATE: so i tried their customer support on instagram they are helpful to be honest and the website is not a scam its just really slow for some reason and when i asked them for a refund they refunded my right away actually which was surprising

Better price than Australian stores

Item never arrived for one excited boy at Christmas. Was a $100 purchase. No emails were answered, they try to find loopholes in not refunding through PayPal, I was financially successful with a refund in just under 3 months. They will provide a dodgy tracking number that will ‘update’ when PayPal contacts them. 100% scam site. Do not be tricked by them offering PayPal, they also have a dodgy shipping disclaimer on their website.

Terrible customer service they won't reply to my emails about a refund. We ordered the wrong cube and wanted to swap. Their website claims hastle free refunds but they refuse to answer. I've tried email and a message direct from their website but neither work. Also tried Paypal but because product arrived undamaged they can't help.

My son ordered 14 puzzles from this website and paid with Paypal. The site has a dodgy look, and was expecting it to be a scam. However within two weeks all puzzles arrived in good condition, and no issues.

So if like me you accidently brought from this shop and then fretted that it might be scammy, there is hope.

Extremely Poor Customer Service & Failure to Resolve an Issue

I ordered a QiYi Kilominx puzzle as part of my purchase from Speed Cube Australia (Order #4708), and it arrived incomplete due to a missing screw, making it unusable. I reached out to their customer support on 8/1/2025 via their website to request either the missing part or a replacement.

At first, I received a response from a representative named Alice asking me to provide photos so they could “show it to the factory,” which I did immediately. However, after that, the company completely ignored all further communication.

I followed up multiple times (on 21/1/2025, 28/1/2025, 19/2/2025, and 26/2/2025) and received no response whatsoever. After more than a month of waiting, it is clear that this company does not care about its customers or stand behind its products.

⚠ BEWARE: If you receive a defective item, do not expect any form of customer support. They will take your money and ignore you if there’s a problem.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this store unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if something goes wrong.

SCAM WARNING. Like other reviews unfortunately I was scammed. They do not send the product and when you ask for a refund or the correct product to be sent the are completely unresponsive.

Following delay in delivery, I determine that this is not an australian company. I find overseas purchases very risky because they are not covered by Australian consumer protection laws and I would not have made an online purchase with this company (SpeedCubeAustralia) had I known.

speed cube australia do not order from this chineese website! They take your money and never deliver. And never respond to correspondence...
