Speedycom Performance Ltd was incorporated in 2004, we distribute and specialise in high-quality motorcycle products. Here at Speedycom we do not just sell units but products we truly believe in. We have a vast amount of experience within the motorcycle industry and understand the customers requirements. Our show room is in the capital of the High Peak in Derbyshire to which all are welcome. All our products are manufactured and developed by specialists to enhance your motorcycle’s performance. The vast majority of our products have been used and tested at the highest level of racing winning world championships, BSB and Road races so you can be sure you can use them with complete confidence. Many of the teams and riders we have worked with for well over a decade. Speedycom is the sole importer and distributor for the following products: Bonamici racing products, EVR Racing, Hair gloves, Luimoto seat covers, MWR filters, Pazzo levers, ALTH Brakes,Vandemon exhausts, Speedycom thumb brakes, Luimoto seat covers, and Servo Buddy and Techspec Gripster. We are also an official dealer for Halvarsson, Jofama and Linstrands clothing, Airoh helmets IXON airbag vests and many other hand picked quality products. Many of our products are constantly featured in the UK press. We promote our products through supporting many race teams which, in turn, helps prove the products quality and gain customer confidence. Speedycom have put a lot of effort into road racing to show how effective our products are. We ended the 2011 season on a high with James McBride on a Speedycom prepared ZX10R finishing amongst the factory teams in 12th place at the Ulster GP Superbike race. Speedycom is driven by enthusiasm. Our products are not thought of as simply selling units but products that will be used to enhance your bike. None of our products are produced in the Far East. Speedycom sell only high-quality motorcycle products. For example, Pazzo levers for instance have achieved ABE certification and this gives our customers peace of mind on the safety of the products. I ordered a seat cover for my kawasaki…

I ordered a seat cover for my kawasaki vulcan 650 2016 which was £200, this was more than a week ago and they have taken my money on false advertisements which stated 3 day delivery, they are ignoring all my emails ,I think I have been scammed.
I needed the seat for a show but it's too late now anyway.
Rubbish cowboy set up.

This customer appears unfortunately extremely limited in their ability to read and understand the information shown clearly on the Speedycom website.

We have generated many happy customers over 20+ years who have been able to read and understand the delivery times for the seat covers shown on the Luimoto page where it clearly indicates delivery up to about 3 weeks in red letters!!!! The covers need to be made a shipped from Canada to the UK in most cases despite the website details.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times can be as long as 3 weeks, we can not hold every seat cover & Tank Leaf products in stock and these covers are hand crafted in Canada to your specific requirements. If you need further confirmation on delivery times please email us or call us on 01298 816633.


At the time of a customer ordering we send all customers a website email confirming we are progressing the order.

In fact in this case the seat cover will arrived in about 10 days from ordering along with all the seat covers other customers who understand the delivery times and are patiently waiting.

We were closed for two days due to our commitment to road racing/short holiday hence the lack of reply. The information at the time regarding the two day closure again was clear on the home page of our website and Facebook as usual.

As we supply some of the best race teams and high level dealers and many fantastic understanding customers, we will be happy to refund this particular customer who demonstrates no patience and places a totally inaccurate review based on their own ineptitude.

This customer is now emailed to us we have committed fraud something of a strong statement based on the details contained in this reply!!!

The comment –“ Rubbish cowboy set up, Beware” is more highlighting the fact the customer did not understand the clear details when placing the order and has no substance. This customer has no knowledge of our business thus such the comments are regarded as generic and non-factual.

As the importers for Luimoto we wish this customer all the best in getting the seat cover they require at the price they could have received it from Speedycom taking into consideration all the costs involved importing the seat cover from Canada.

Fab Product!

Absolutely fantastic quality pazzo levers, fitted perfectly and quick delivery as well. Ian is absolutely sensational at what he does, I love him❤️❤️❤️

Always a pleasure to deal with!

I've purchased from Speedycom many times over the years and have never had a bad experience.
Ian is the most helpful person on the planet.
If I could give them six stars I would!

His service/helpfulness/parts quality.

I've known Ian for many years through visits to the NW200 racing and to his place of business. A very helpful honest and very professional person. Allthe items he sells are top quality. Well recommend.

Always looked after.

I've been a customer since the shop opened. Regularly pop in for a chat or advice. Always been looked after whether I'm buying anything or not. Great product knowledge and to say Ian is enthusiastic about bikes and racing is the perennial understatement. I've had everything from routine service items through to aftermarket performance upgrades. Always great quality and service.

No Refunds on faulty goods supplied by Speedycom.

I spent £168 on Pazzo levers only to receive them in poor quality and engineering. I sent them back only to be told I would not receive a refund as they have been fitted on a bike and are now damaged and unsalible ? The levers were sent back in exactly the same condition I had received them, certainly didn't leave the box let alone fitted to a bike !

Pazzo levers are tested and ABE certified to ensure they meet the highest standards by qualified engineers, they have been used at the highest level of racing and have been supplied into the UK to road riders and race teams for 20 years with no issues. I am interested to know what engineering experience and qualifications this customers has to make such a statement as she is the first to make such a claim? We do not supply pre fitted levers so we are a little confused when they were returned with what appeared to be evidence of fitting marks on them which we questioned. If the product had not left the box I am confused how these conclusions could have been made by the customer. This customer went to her credit card company before the issue could be resolved so the issue was taken out of our control.

Excellent contact via email, following problems with delivery.

After not receiving my items for a few days I got in contact with the company via email and we were able to work out that the courier they used (APC) had tried to deliver to a different address! After that I managed to get my items exactly as described!

Though others on here seem to have problems contacting them, I had no problems at all and they replied in a timely manner. I will certainly be using them again and would recommend to a friend.

Moaners

I don't see anything wrong with Speedycom. If you moaners have an issue than sort it with company, not moan on this website. I am local and I use Speedycom quite a lot - sound guys, excellent knowledge of bikes and mechanics. Also I run my own business in this area, so I understand that only unhappy postings get posted on this website, as thousands of decent customers who deal with businesses do not bother to moan or praise... get a life!

SERVO BUDDY

There is nothing Speedy about this useless company, ordered a servo buddy for my ZX6R on the 22nd May 2012 and recieved a call back 2 days later to say that they don`t actually have them in stock, but have a outstanding order which thay should recieve and dispatch to me by the 1st June 2012. It got late in the day and nothing had arrived so i thought i had better call them to find out whats happening. The guy on the phone said that they were still waiting for the parts to be delivered and that the duty had now been paid so they would recieve them on Wed 6th June as it was Jubliee weekend, and assured me that i would have it on Thu 7th June. So as they had already messed me about the week before i thought i had better call to check as i had booked my bike into the shop to have some work done on the Thu afternoon, only for Speedycom to tell me that they still haven`t recieved the servo buddys and should now have them on Thu so i will definitely have the item on Fri 8th. Now i have to try and rebook my bike in and was lucky the owner said that he could squeeze me in on Sat 9th but only if i am there first thing. After waiting in the best part of the day again and still nothing had arrived i called them AGAIN and the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that they got the servo buddys in and its all packaged up and waiting to be sent !! WTF
Now the guys telling me i should recieve it some time tomorrow ie Sat 9th. Thats no good to me as i will have to wait 2 weeks before i can get the time of to get my bike booked in. Have cancelled the order and ordered it direct from the USA which is what i should have done in the first place instead of entertaining this Mickey Mouse company. Speedycom are S*** and i would highly recommend not to use them at all.

exactly the same reason as all the other negative reviews, several calls and emails, feel like i am being fobbed off. all well and good braggng about who you suply parts for but goods do need to be supplied!!!
