Total scam website that does not ship magazines and did not respond to any of my 3 communications. Received email confirmation with a tracking link that just goes to a dead page on their website. Said first issue arrives in 6 to 10 weeks and we are way past 10 weeks. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal and got my money refunded.

Have been trying for over six months to get a refund. They do not respond and they have an open inquiry by the Better Business Bureau. Other websites give them a rating around 2, so AVOID!

I have used Speedymags for years. They have hard to find publications and at fair prices.

I am a long-time sporadic customer of Speedy. Although there have been a couple of glitches in the past, they were resolved to my satisfaction. In my estimation, Speedy is a "steady Freddy" subscription service.

Recommended. They offer many magazines at prices less than the publisher's subscription and substantially less than purchasing at retail. It can take time for them to fulfill an order - I think it took around two weeks. Keep that in mind when ordering or renewing a subscription and you'll be fine. I don't know if that is them, or if it is the publisher. Some publishers sell through these folks but try to get you to pay them directly when renewing if they can persuade you; that may be a factor.

We have been loyal customers of Speedymags for almost a decade and could not be more privileged to work with them for all of our magazine needs. Reliable, responsive and someone we can trust from year-to-year. Jake restores faith in old school business values where high quality, responsive customer support and integrity are paramount. Very good prices for annual subscriptions, too. It's a honor to patronize Speedymags!

The owner was really nice and pleasant. He gave me the cheapest subscription prices for Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and I’ve been really happy with both magazines. I’m definitely planning to resubscribe ❤️❤️❤️

The rep is honest, friendly and a general pleasure to deal with. He has a friendly nature. He’s the primary reason I deal with speedy mags. I have recommended him to some others and will continue to do so.

I encountered an error in the mailing of my subscription where I hadn't received the last two monthly issues of GAMES magazine. That subscription ultimately had to be cancelled two years into a three year subscription. This was infuriating at first. However, customer service was very prompt in response to my emails and courteous in their solution to the problem. They reimbursed me the difference between the two-year and three-year rates. Additionally, they provided a $20 credit on their website towards a different subscription. So they really went above and beyond to make things right. I would recommend them based on this overall positive customer support experience!

Easy site. I ordered national examiner and globe magazines and got them with no problem. Ill be renewing with this service when theyre up as well. Lowest price by far that ive seen online for both.

I ordered 3 years of national enquirer magazine from speedymags and it took about 6 weeks to begin but after that it came every week on the dot. Im very happy with this website and plan to renew when it expires if its still in print.

I've used this site multiple times and never had an issue. It's easy to use and has phone support. The prices are among the lowest I've seen for national enquirer, globe, and national examiner which are the main subscriptions i renew every year. I wouldn't use another store at this point. They've gotten the job done for many years for me.

I ordered about thirty different magazine subscriptions for libraries in twenty separate states. It was a fairly complicated order in that each subscription had to have separate name and slightly separate address information. I spoke to john on the phone about it before ordering, and he was fantastic. He walked me through the entire process and his attention to detail and patience was a breath of fresh air. I'm really not used to this kind of customer service anymore. Its exceedingly rare to engage with a company that doesnt act like theyre just doing you some kind of favor. To top things off, the magazines all arrived with every address detail done correctly. They all came to the appropriate locations and came even sooner than was promised. If i could give ten stars here, i seriously would. I will never go back to the website i used previously. Speedy has earned my business for as long as my libraries need subscriptions before everything inevitably goes digital. Just a wonderful all around experience. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a few magazines from Speedymags and have to say they have the best customer service by far. When you call you actually get a human in the US! So refreshing.

Speedymags.com is a young man in Broward County useing his girlfriends cell phone from New York ro reply. Not only have they as in the scammed stole my $79.99 for the 1 year subscription he talked to me with aggression saying he would get the Easyrider magazine sent and still anwers his phone that's not listed on the website and returns calls to try and postpone what will eventually get him brought to court for fraud. This phone #754-707-3220 isn't even on the website. This one is and then he calls from the other one. Website# 718-360-2988

Amazing ENGLISH customer service on the phone. Almost forgot what that was like. They solved an address issue with the publisher and got my us weekly magazines coming again in just a few days. Highly recommend.
