Criminal outfit! These people literally took our money and set fire to our roof. These people are crooks! If you value your home, stay away from these people! Our insurance had to fix the roof they destroyed which they didn't have fire insurance for. They have taken zero responsibility and kept our money.

Ultimately the work undertaken by these guys was fantastic. After having a leak in our kitchen the whole thing had to be removed so the floor could try. I didn’t think that it was really possibly to remove a whole kitchen and put it back in a better state than it was but Spera did just that. They were also super on top of communication and helped with all the little things to get us back into our house as quickly as possible. After a long wait for insurers to pay out these guys were just what we needed to remove the stress and be happily back in our house.

Another month gone by, a new year begins and still no contact from these cowboys to rectify the problems with our kitchen. Don’t touch them!

Kitchen installation planned for 2-3 weeks ran to nearly 7 weeks of pure misery and hell. Every step of the project was aggravation due to poor planning, poor workmanship, unprofessional workmen. Main workman on site was a general builder rather than kitchen professional. Virtually every single job had to be done twice. Base units installed 2cm higher than height of plinth! Cupboards were put in wrong places, worktops ruined and had to be replaced. Our high quality Blum drawers have been installed so that they fall outwards. Why? Sink waste was connected so that it discharged directly into dishwasher which caused that to breakdown. Microwave was (still is) badly installed in housing causing vibration. Not enough space here to detail every problem we experienced. Owner of the company was rude, belligerent, unapologetic. Refused to speak to me. Worst builder experience of my long life! I heartily advise you not to touch this company. Simon.

Update: Following posting of this review the owner of the company issued a spurious invoice (presumably to counteract any claim I would make against him) and threatened to come round and sort me out - unfortunately not to sort out the issues. Four months later (now) the microwave is still vibrating itself out of its housing, drawers are still falling outwards, electrics trip out randomly for no reason etc. I have given up hope that they will rectify these issues as the owner has made it 100% clear they are not going to. Do not touch this cowboy firm!

Update: The start of a New Year and all the issues with our kitchen still remain. Spera has not contacted us to rectify the problems. This is a terrible company - I advise you not to touch them.

More than a year later the microwave is falling out of the housing and needs pushing back in all the time, kitchen drawers not operating properly, electrics trip out regularly for no apparent reason so we need to reset oven and microwave clocks etc.

The nightmare continues after using Spera Group. I hear stories from their own past employees of shoddy work they continue to do. I strongly urge you not to touch this company!
