Fly with Spicejet is ok just Coustomer Call center is a bit poor.

Fly with Spicejet is ok. just my bad experience is over their Coustomer Service, i had to wait half an hour to reach them.
on the othe hand, sometimes flight schedule will be changed but you have to sacrifice that because you booked cheap flight. nothing is 100% perfect in the world. my suggestion is just to improve Customer service to give a fast service. and also don't changed flight schedule too much.

Its been 40 days now that they haven't…

Its been 40 days now that they haven't refunded my money back for a flight which they cancelled ,resulting me to buy costly ticket on the same day of my travel.
So, I lost money at two place (one which i bought from spicejet which they are not refunding and second one by buying costly new ticket). They are so pathetic in terms of service.
I mean like how could you do this to your customers?

Very poor service

Very poor service. The staff of spice Jet do not bother to give proper answer. Just like a football, idhar se udhar ghumate hain. Reschedule the flights unnecessarily. Customer care centres do not pick their phones inspite a lapse of 50 minutes. App service is also poor service. Overall I feels a bad experience.

Worst airline service

This is the worst airline service i have ever seen. I had booked ticket with spicejet for last year march (28th March). Due to covid reason they canceled the flight. I rescheduled the tickets for the next available date, and again the flight was canceled. After this i didnt travel, and when i asked them for refund, they told the refund will be done only after one year, that is march 2021. Since march 2021 i am communicating with them for the refund.. They always say that refund will be done shortly but still after 6 months nothing has happened to far. They never deny regarding the payment, but they will keep on delaying without paying you the money. they are world class cheaters. Giving 1 star because its not possible to give - starr. Definetly will not recomment to anybody.

12july(del-beg)like a 10 year old bus

No proper facility
9-10hr flight and no food, when asked for food, they said due to covid we are not providing any meal on board but our tickets showed that we have meals(i.e. we didn't get any meal.
even the welcome snacks also have 5rs chips (are you kidding me, how could you even find it!!!)
poor wifi( when people complaint about wifi speed, they turned it off)
no room for our handbags, have to keep them under the seat, resulting in back and leg pain ) because it was a long flight and we can't even straighten our legs.
even the night light was on our side was ON the whole journey, when we asked to switch it OFF they said it will remain as it is.
Really, a hell of an experience.

Spicejet is the worst airline I have ever seen

This is in regards to my flight for April 03 2021 my pnr number is CC29PW flight number SG 8373 I had the flight early morning at 6:45 am from Delhi to Srinagar me and my siblings were travelling together as there was death in our family my grandmother had died because of cancer we reached airport check in counter to drop our baggage at exactly 5:50 am which was exactly one hour and 5 mins before our departure so eventually they should not stop us as we had already checked in online the only thing we needed to do was to drop our bag so there comes the problem the ground staff was so damn bad they were so impolite n rude so unprofessional there was this girl named UPASANA at check in counter she was like no no mam u are late I told her I have one hour and 5 mins I am checked in already all you need to do is send my check bag she was so rude like illiterate person she started shouting like anything as if she wanted to grab my collar n slap me she literally embarrassed us there I told her please try n understand there is death in my family I don't have time for all this I told her you are wasting my time the time you have wasted argumenting here you could have sent our bags and I would have been long gone to my boarding gate and she said now there is no way you can go coz you are completed late now you have 45 mins left only now we will not let you to go now I told her you have wasted my 20 mins here and now you are telling me you won't let us go coz 45 mins are left now and she literally changed the sign in front of me to closed while she said this.i was left with no option I had to purchase a new ticket for me my brother and sister at that time I had to spend 20k last minute plus I had to wait for 5 hours at the airport as the next possible flight I found was at 11.45 am all this inconvenience which was just coz of that lady's ignorance and she literally laughed on my face i am really really disappointed by the services of spicejet I literally do not want to deal with spicejet ever again I would never ever fly spicejet ever again I would never let anyone in my circle to choose spicejet ever such a shame spicejet this is such a Shame to you spicejet. I have never seen this level of ignorance ever and treating customers like this I was really shocked to see that is this what you call customer service?They are literally inhumane they have kept bunch of illiterates who just know how to shout on the desk I guess that is what they have been taught in training when u don't know anything start arguing with customer.

Never fly in spicejet

How can everything about a plane ride be bad? First they say they will send boarding pass by email and don't, next the staffs are extremely confused in the baggage counter and they are moving around like zombies letting the queues becoming longer ,bumpy ride,rough landing and argumentative, rude staffs.Dont fly in Spicejet unless extremely compelled.

They have kept few bunch of illiterate and useless people on the desk who don't know their own system and are so fussy about finishing their shift that they will say you to wait for new shift guys

Just aweful, they allow you to book ticket from london to delhi. then cancel ticket without even informing after 1 week. How i come to know is through my enquiry to customer care with 45 minute of waiting time.

Unethical Company

I hope I can give a negative rating to this Airline, Horrible experience . I live in Canada and I had booked 4 refundable tickets for internal travel from July end - August. I had to cancel my tickets from Canada because of COVID. I had my money refunded with the other Airline, but Spice jet refuse to do anything about my internal travel tickets. They just know how to take advantage of the situation and make money. Very unethical Airline, who does not adhere to their own policy. We pay extra money to buy refundable tickets as we are unsure of the future and Spice jet take it as a chance to make money.
They are not giving me an extension either.
I have been a long term traveler with spice jet while I was in India, but with the current situation THEY ARE THE MOST MONEY MINDED AIRLINE WHO IS TRYING TO LOOT THE TRAVELERS AND TAKING TOTAL ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. If you have an option, suggest you to book tickets with a different airline….. I'm definitely going to do that in future.

As it was my first time I felt amazing.

The plane was so poor that it was almost like a shuttle bus.

Full of shakes.

No smooth flying.

SPICEJET flight form Jaipur to Udaipur 18/02/20. I was about to check in, to fligh to Udaipur, I have been denied by the company for.. « improper Seat??? ». I could not get on board so I had to hire a taxi to reach destination this trip took me all day to reach destination. As compensation, spicejet offer me a partial remission instead of full refund. they were suppose to process compensation within 7 up to 10 days. Today I am still waiting for it?? DESPITE my reminders NO REPLY. This the way SpiceJet customer service are dealing with their customers. What is this behavior, how can you do this ??? you are liers and cheaters !!! And I will claim this to Indian consumers service. Shame on you!!! SpiceJet

Good service but website and customer…

Good service but website and customer care can be improved

I was recently booking an air ticket from SpiceJet. I got student concession which is a good gesture on their part. But when I had some query regarding it, I called the customer care, my query got resolved but they took quite some time for such a small query. According to me, it could be improved. Also, the website is quite complex and loads slowly(probably too big for weak connections). If they can rectify this, I'll be more than happy to give a higher rating.

Worst customer service.

Worst customer service. I lost my laptop on board, never got it back. They have dishonest staff. It is a small flight, they do have contact details of passengers who travelled on that flight. Customer service staff do not know what customer service is. Never ever take this flight I flew from UK. Staff did not advise me whilst I was checking in, to send duty free drinks in check in baggage. I had less luggage and no hand luggage could have put the bottles in the main luggage and moved other stuff in the hand luggage. When security advised me to check in those battles. Airport Help desk staff Pawan explained the situation to Spice jet staff and requested so much for an hour to check in my bag containing drinks. Staff were not able to accept that they failed to advise us to check in the bottles when they could see we had just drinks as hand luggage. We were three people had less than 4kg hand luggage and one of our check in luggage was only 11kg. They wouldn't check in till I paid 1200 Rupees. I could have hired a taxi for all three of us or booked for train two sleeper or one sleeper AC.
