I ordered things for my baby two times at the online shop and they came fast and complete, there was no damage. I was also at the store and bought there a trolley the staff was more than happy to help me. I also get coupons per email that makes the stuff that i buy more affordable

The website offers a great catalog to choose from at very reasonable prices. The website speed can be made better as it gets slow and takes time to load, perhaps the company needs to look which e-commerce platform they are using in the back-end and if that's the problem.

Very very disapointed
Very very disapointed. We went with my husband to buy a stoller for our first baby and we bought one that costet 370 euro it is hauck .the same strollet than i saw it online it was 319 with 15% ..that means at the store the didnt gave us this 15% at all.
The worst of all it is that the same stroller hauck it was online everywhere else only for 250 euros.
Soo dont buy here they have very expensive products and the same you can find at all other stores much cheaper.
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID .

Missing parts and no slow refund
If you need a children clothes or stroller, please do not buy it from the online store. I had checked the store in Dresden, but I found the sale in online store. They offered complete version stroller with reasonable price and which was in the store. So I tried to buy a full stroller, and a few days later I received the only buggy. This was not right for the baby, and it was made in China. This Chinese thing cannot be such a price. Then I tried to call someone from SpieleMax, but there is no contact number. But I gave up when I looked back online store to buy carrying bag, but there was nothing to fit this buggy.
Then I found a return sheet from an online account. Which required couple hours. Then I sent this almost three weeks. After that baby was there and I have not enough money to buy another stroller. Again I was visited SpieleMax, but the stroller was reduced with the complete version. But it was expensive to buy for me because I have not refund.
Luckily I found much better stroller from another shop with the real sale.
Until today I have no refund and no proper email from SpieleMax AG.
