Be very careful when you put your money…
Be very careful when you put your money in this casino!!! The terms and conditions are worded in away it’s hard to understand for me at least! I’ve been trying to get my money since last week!! I had to verify my account which is fine that took 48 hours then I initiated my first withdrawal on Friday and come to find out that didn’t start to go through the audit phase until Monday. Well, I initiated and canceled my withdrawal a few times because again the terms and conditions doesn’t state that if you do this, your time doesn’t start until probably 24 hours since you last Initiated a withdrawal. Spoke with customer service they said the withdrawal are handled individually, a few days later they kind of said they were handled together so it’s now Thursday almost 2 weeks. I still haven’t gotten paid so just be careful.i first deposited on 4/28/25 it’s now 5/8/25.
