Ordering the mobility scooter was easy

Ordering the mobility scooter was easy, delivery occurred before I expected it given the holiday Jan 1 2026. My only complaint actually is with the manufacturer that put too much in one package that arrived damaged (but did not affect the product) because the package was too heavy for the delivery driver. Fortunately, the item arrived unscathed and I was able to assemble the scooter with no difficulty. I spent more time getting rid of the packing than anything else. Took the scooter for its first run today after charging the battery. All went well!

Very risky ordering a custom…

Very risky ordering a custom lightweight wheelchair as there are no returns allowed. You are risking a lot based on a chair that you may have never even had the opportunity to try.

On November 13th I ordered a chair for…

On November 13th I ordered a chair for my dad who has Alzheimer's and Cancer. 8 Business days later it had not shipped. I called SpinLife. They said they needed someone to deliver it. That Pittsburgh is a smaller and difficult location. I offered to find a delivery company. SpinLife said give them one more chance. They found a delivery company and said my order was a priority. The chair made it to Pittsburgh. Then it was shipped to OHIO. And delivered to a company in OHIO. Now it’s on a showroom? Perhaps sold to someone else. At this point would that constitute theft? I guess that is for a Lawyer to decide. I need a resolution for this fast. Dec 7th 25

I’d give this horrible company a zero…

I’d give this horrible company a zero if I could. I ordered a manual wheelchair online and was promised up and down the chair would need to be signed for. Wheelchair never showed up and I was charged the full amount regardless. I was told the wheelchair was delivered and that nobody told me it would need to be signed for. I was told they regularly leave 4k dollar wheelchairs sitting on the curb. $3600 later I have no wheelchair and am being told there’s nothing they can do. Jeff the sales representative and Carla the manager are two of the most disgusting and dishonest people I’ve ever delt with. I’ve been permanently disabled since birth and have ordered many wheelchairs over the past 20 years through Numotion who is affiliated with Spinlife. Both companies have now lost my business and I would recommend to anyone needing to purchase a wheelchair or any other type of disabled assistance to stay away from this terrible company. They are absolutely horrible in every way. They clearly don’t give a crap about their customers. They only care about the bottom line. Satisfied customers be damned.

Regrettable porch piracy in becoming more common these days. That is one of the reasons why we give to our customers the carrier and tracking number to monitor their delivery so that they can be home when delivery is made or to make arrangements to have someone there when they cannot be. We do show that you were provide the tracking number on the day the product shipped.
Tracking does show that the shipment was marked as delivered by the carrier. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the liability shifts to the recipient. Therefore, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. It is recommended when items are believed to be stolen that a police report should be filed by the recipient which you did confirm with us that you did.
As a onetime courtesy to you, SpinLife did provide you with a generous compensation amount to help you replace your stolen item. Once again we are sincerely sorry for you experience.
