I don't even gamble, but keep getting post from them, then they share your email address in hope that you will create an account with one of them.

Hitting 'Unsubscribe' just gives them your email to share with like "Scam Agents".
They must be managing a bot that just replicates a new email address and I have found that they are abusing, I believe a Google server "firebaseapps" and Google can't help to stop them.

Then there is the difficulty of reporting, as some of these sites don't have a contact or support for their services and even if they do.
It doesn't seem like they will help giving only lip service and not considering that they are a financial service.

I believe that they are all in the USA and all people chase there, is money, I doubt anyone will get help as they don't have any shame of caring of their own countries health.

Played on this site over the past week won £300 in games and went to withdraw my winnings next thing I don’t receive anything in my account all I get told on the stupid chat platform is you have breached our terms and conditions your winnings have been forfeited how is this site even legal now I’ve lost the money I deposited and also my winnings is there anything I can do it’s leaving me really frustrated 😩

I am currently waiting for them to get back to me. I've given them my formal complaint email.

I recently played blackjack, 2 boxes - £55 each box with two side bets of £5 so total bet £130. I hit a 18 and 19 respectively and the dealer pulls 17. I win botg boxes plus a mix paired at 7/1. So in return I get £255. It flashes up on the screen what I win and then goes into my balance. I then try to play the next hand and get a "insufficient funds" message.

I click out of the game return to lobby and realise my balance is empty. I immediately contact them and get a response very quickly, after a couple of emails they offer to refund my bet of £130. I decline and say no you owe me the winnings as well and they they have to honour the bet. I was told that it had been passed on to be investigated. I have sent 3 emails since and have not heard back.

I haven't had the promised £130 refunded either as yet.

After checking through my betting history I have also noticed that 4 or 5 bets are still in pending status so I'm actually thinking they owe me more.

Please be aware of this online gaming company. Really dodgy and I don't think I'm going to hear back now as it's been over a week since their last email to me. Ill keep chasing them and I'm going down the correct paths to get my money back.

apparently sent my withdrawal to my bank on 15/11/2025 still didnt receive they then tried to blame my bank so my bank asked for a swift GBI tracker and they have to apparently sent information off for this tracker I have never met a slot company like it absolute scams 100% dont recommend i have now excluded this account as its to fake shit....
