Terrible experience.
Placed an order on their website on July 31st, received an email with the payment confirmation, and then, an email confirmation that the parcel was shipped.
I have never received a tracking code or an estimated date of arrival. One month has passed and nothing has arrived at my home. No feedback, no emails, no text messages, nothing...
Tried to contact the support team on the website and by email, 2 weeks have passed, and no answers...
I have no way of knowing my order status and I can't talk to anybody in this company. Terrible experience and support.
I don't have the product I paid for, they just stole my money.
Update 19/09/2023:
After several calls with the support team, they manage to reorder the same product. They said the tracking number would be given to me in some days.
Called every day for a week, and they told me that they didn't had the tracking code every time. Last time I called was yesterday.
Today I received a call from the courier telling me he's at my door. But still no tracking code.
Terrible user experience, but the product did arrive in the end.
