Spirit Pharmacy Reviews 

I was worried having read some of the other reviews but I shouldn’t have been as Sam from Spirit Pharmacy has been incredibly helpful. These days most people seem to have forgotten the meaning of customer service but not him. My 91yr old Godmother’s GP surgery is not even on the electronic prescription system but Sam has gone out of his way to make sure Spirit could help with blister packs. Fingers crossed the deliveries go as smoothly as everything has with Sam!

With all the postal strikes my 87 year old mum has been left without medication and insulin numerous times now. We all are aware when the strikes are taking place so surely Spirit should be sending out medication early to ensure people get it. I’ve had to call them a few times as no medication has arrived and they have a very what do you want me to do about it attitude. When medication arrives after being with Royal Mail we didn’t realise that the insulin would still be ok (had beef in box 6 days) due to not being refrigerated, the lady at spirit said oh well it would be ok for 8 days in the box so you’ll have to sort that out with your GP. Was so pleased when we initially found Spirit online and signed up with them, so friendly, warm and caring… what a shame once they had your custom they became the complete opposite, will be changing mum to Right pouch in the new year (I use them for myself). Right Pouch use delivery service so there won’t be all this problem of delivery, they do monthly scripts not weekly, you can buy anything from their online chemist and they’ll deliver it with your meds, Medication is packed in little pouches marked clearly as to day & when to be taken. Most importantly though their customer service team are absolutely amazing, friendly whilst providing a professional service, nothing is to much trouble with them and they genuinely care about their customers having their medication on time, unlike Spirit that just have a couldn’t care less attitude and are quite rude….

Advertised that blister packs are available even the website has /blister-packs in address. Signed my dad up as he's on 20+ tablets a day (criteria for blister packs is 5), also arthritic and partially sighted.
They said they would contact him however they just took over as nominated pharmacy and phoned to say normal prescription on the way as they don't do blister packs ! They informed that the prescription would arrive on Friday nothing came, nor Saturday and arrived on Monday. My 82 year old Dad had no tablets for 2 days. The Royal mail strike was Thursday so the latest it should of come was Saturday, there was also no tracking sent and the order history in account was blank I actually think they hadn't sent them. False advertising why would you go to such lengths to advertise a service to then totally refuse, despite meeting more than the required criteria. If you are short staffed stop advertising !

I really liked the stuff in the welcome pack, think it’ll come in useful for looking after myself a bit better when it comes to my diabetes. They put in a sheet to track sugar levels and a guide to taking care of feet, which I know I’m normally rubbish at. My medicines came quick and signing up was easy. Only thing I would say is that a live chat function would be good to get help

They don't inform you that if you are on less than 5 tablets a day you can't have a dosset box. The alternative was bottles with screw tops which are child safe. Thus instead of enabling a disabled client they are adding to issues that client already has. This has taken away my independence. I would not recommend to people who take less than 5 different medications in tablet form (2 of the same don't count)

I cannot fault the pharmacy, top quality service with a personal touch, fast and efficient, 5 stars and 10 out of 10, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I have been using the services of Spirit Pharmacy for over a year. My experience has been thoroughly satisfactory and I cannot falter their performance in any shape or form. I want to particularly mention Ms Zara Syed, Pharmacist-in-Charge, for her totally dedicated professionalism coupled with a courteous and charming disposition while dealing with patients. It has consistently made my interaction with Spirit Pharmacy forever a very pleasant experience. I would therefore rate their services to patients as 5*.

This pharmacy is the best all round! The service is 10/10.
I was slightly concerned that having to receive items through the post might cause an issue, but there is no issue whatsoever. I receive my prescription, the next day without fail.
Zara is always contactable and very friendly offering great advice on a number of subjects. I would definitely recommend Spirit Pharmacy without a doubt.

This is a trouble free way of keeping the medicines flowing without any intervention. They arrive by post and in the many months I have been with Spirit not a single error or omission.

I have been using Spirit Pharmacy for some time now. In my experience, I have found them to be excellent and very satisfactory in the delivery of their service. The Pharmacist, Ms Zara Syed, is very efficient, polite and a dedicated worker.
She has a very pleasant manner and relates to patients in an affable manner.
I recommend Spirit Pharmacy for their timely delivery of prescriptions and I definitely would rate them as providing a 5* service.

Medication arrives on time and without hassle and the service is exemplary!

Really great personal service from these guys - my dad is on a lot of medication, with complex needs, and we always find the pharmacist Zara to be extremely helpful.

Got our blister packs promptly and it's so much easier getting through the post than having to dash round to the chemist and queue up. Our order always comes in plenty of time
