I ordered on Good Friday, and received an email on Easter Saturday confirming my order, which enclosed a picture of the package ready for delivery. Amazing responsiveness.
Package arrived quickly and safely, and I was delighted to see the package inside was gift wrapped, which was super as I bought the item as a gift for my wife. They even sent me a complimentary set of incense sticks as a thank you for using their business.
They exceeded my expectations, and the quality of the product is brilliant. Will certainly shop here again.
