The products are high quality and have beautiful designs, but THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS THE BEST. I received an incomplete order and costumer service answer was fast and with a solution from the 1st email received back from them. Easy, trustable, I highly recommend!

Clear information on website and contacted customer service to bump my postage from standard to next day after purchasing (as I needed it to arrive in time for swimming lesson) and they replied promptly on a weekend and resolved with no further back and forth. Package did indeed reply in time!

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The products are excellent quality, and my son has been wearing Splash About swimsuits exclusively since birth — never disappointed! Their swimwear works perfectly for little ones who still wear nappies.

I love the products of this company. We have enjoyed all the sizes of their wetsuit assortment with our first son, who was quickly cold even in heated swimming pools and now that we got another baby, I have immediately chosen to buy their new warm baby wetsuit. Their customer service is really kind, helpful and they quickly resolved an issue with my order that was sent back due to a faulty address. I only have positive things to say about this brand.

Bought nappies, wetsuits, rash vests and buoyancy aid for my 18month old and the products are brilliant. Had an issue with delivery and customer services were very quick to respond to my email and sort the issue. Will be recommending and repurchasing. The warm wetsuits have made a really difference to our time in the water and on the beach - we love them!

Excellent customer service , I ordered two costumes and a float jacket
They sent wrong size for one costume, rectified it immediately, they sent me the correct size and a label to return the wrong item.

Purchased a baby swimwrap 0-6 months for my 3 month old (around 50th centile) however was only big enough to last a couple of weeks. Customer service was excellent though and posted a bigger one (no cost to me) very promptly.

My daughter has used the Happy Nappy Duo all summer and never had a leak. It is well made and comfortable.

Customer support was excellent - quick response and helpful. Only reason not a 5* is you have to pay for returns.

We save so much on disposable diapers from our weekly swim lessons and we always get compliments on how cute my son looks in the designs.

I am very happy with the product. I have got splash shorts for a child in black. This is the only thing that guves me piece of mind when we visit pools. We had to return the first order as it was rather big for ages (my child is skinny and tall). The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Great company . The lady on the phone took the time to look at everything for us regarding sizes etc . Would reccomend . They just need to set up PayPal as pay in 3 is a great option for many familys

We had an issue with a swimsuit going bobbly. I can in touch with them and they replaced it straight away..very good customer service would definitely recommend them .

I ordered the wrong size on a next day delivery, returned them and asked for the appropriate size.
I received an email, 2 days later from Sophie Whitehead, saying they had received my return and would send them out ASAP.
I received my new order the next day, by 3pm.

Great swim clothing! We have been using the Happy Nappy swim shorts and costumes for years. They are so well made and last a really long time.
