Stay well away from this company! How they are still trading is nothing short of amazing.
Cheap goods (that's if you ever receive them) and zero customer service... These should be on Trading Standards Hit List!

Do not buy from this business. The guy targets old people takes their money and sends out faulty watches, or does not send them the watch at all. His Office address is Ducie Street and if you search this address on google is a dump of property that only does postage handling. STAY AWAY, this guy has no morals.

Well, i must admit i had a pleasant surprise after reading all the negative comments about this firm. I ordered a watch from TV Choice magazine, the watch was delivered in a week. As described and worth the money. Alas i could not get the strap to fit and the size of the watch was too big for my wrist. I returned the watch and 3 days later was informed by pay pal my refund was on the way to my bank.

Ordered the watch from TV magazine seemed like a bargain came within a week but not the watch advertised phoned them up advised me to send it back there was one in stock and young lady on phone said put a letter in advising wrong one sent and ask for refund of the postage I did this but still no watch they did refund my payment for the watch but no refund for postage i would have really liked the watch I ordered and no refund for my postage i have been phoning twice a week for the last four week's spoke to a lady called Jessica and she tells me the same thing will get her manager to phone me back and she's so very pologetic i really don't know how this firm can still advertise specially in the TV magazine there is no customer service and after reading other review's it is certainly a scam so please don't don't buy from this firm

I sent an order to this company by post including a cheque for a watch advertised in tv choice. I have sent 3 emails without getting any replies, I have also phoned them twice and been told someone would phone me back but they have not. After reading the latest reports I am not sure whether that I will get any response or the watch.

Bought watch from this company after seeing it advertised in TV CHOICE magazine, Paid total of £74.95 for watch that looks great and was advertised as RRP £239 reduced to £69 plus pp. On arrival the watch was presented in Royal Mail padded envelope , nice box presentation. watch looked the business. Being curious I inspected the so called accurate movement, taking the back off the watch, only to find it is no more than the movement of a watch I got free woth a Atlas for Men order 2 weeks ago. Just an ordinary tiny battery, which is supposedly solar charged, probably you can get in Lidl on a card of 10 for just over £1, Really ive got better movement watches on Ebay, This Splendor S A is a real scam and ive sent the watch and alll contents to Trading Standards and asked for immediate refund from company. Wont hold my breathh getting my refund though.

Customer service not very good but my watch did arrive, no emails or text just arrived without warning, aleast it came seems good quality

I called up several times in regards to a watch my granddad ordered. They said the manager would get back to me on several occasions but never did.

They claimed to have sent the watch by tracked delivery but were never able to give me tracking details.

When I asked for a refund, the receptionist said that only the manager was authorised to do so but hasn't been in the office for several days.

STAY AWAY!!! These people will take your money but not send anything you order. They take the money from your account and refuse to give refunds or actually be helpful.
