Keith was great at his job, able to answer every question and bring in difference examples. Also loved the jokes around it as well.

Lovely small group made it very conductive to learning. Tutor applied some real life examples from own experience to bring it to life.

Harminder was excellent in guiding me through the enormous amount of content and was able to make sense of some very complex jargon. He used examples and was very good at linking everything together. He also gave us the right amount of breaks and gave clear instructions through sessions as well as any work to do in the evening. A very organised, structured a d professional delivery, thanks H! Jean-paul, Head of Sales was very quick to respond and was very helpful with the information provided.

Very odd sales method, pushy, and a lot of their emails get caught in spam. I was unable to complete the course within six months, with no reminder emails, no check-ins, and a lot of hard-to-access content in a Microsoft drive. I then emailed to discuss an extension, to no avail. Their head of sales was not easy to deal with and they have not been pleasant to deal with, i.e. no reasonable approach to finding a solution and asking for another £680 odd to do a pre-recorded course (again, I didn't even select the live option). I'd look to avoid given previous reviews.

Successfully completed my Prince2 due to the excellent teaching provided by Spoce. The entire process was easy from start to finish with support when needed. The materials all arrived well in time for any pre study you may wish to carry out. The work books are excellent and for someone like me who has never worked in the business world, got me the pass I needed for foundation and practitioner. Highly recommended and would urge anyone wishing to do any form of PM study, to consider Spoce.com.

I did my PRINCE2 Foundation with SPOCE and will give the whole experience the thumbs up. I achieved 85% in my Foundation paper which I put down to the 5 star training I recieved. Looking to do my Practitioner with them really soon. Suzy

Just completed a Prince2 Live Virtual Classroom with SPOCE, great experience. I am new to project management and was a bit concerned if I would pass first time. Got 92% on the foundation and 75% on the practitioner. Very happy. The training was very good - would thoroughly recommend :) Hannah

Disappointing experience with SPOCE. I’ve completed three courses with them now. First two experiences on the whole were positive. I found them to be very pushy for you to sign up and pay the money for the course, relentless emails until you part with your money. I was advised by them to complete Prince 2 agile foundation and practitioner despite me telling them this would be my first introduction to the course. It was tan online over 4 days with the last half day focussing on the practitioner course. There is too much to cover in half day. I passed foundation but unfortunately have to resit practitioner. I’ve sent multiple emails to them to ask if there is any additional support available and have never had a response. Agree with the previous review, an education company run by salespeople who are not interested in helping once they have your money. A shame really.

After multiple investments in training with SPOCE, I was deeply disappointed that they allowed my Prince 2 course to expire in me. I contacted them within 3 days of expiry to pay for an extension only to be told that wasn't possible now and I'd lost all my progress. They are not the cheapest for online training and are clearly only interested in maximising their ability to charge additional fees with very little in return. Unfortunately salesmen running an educational establishment.
