I've used several personal reports, baring several others leading my life. You people missed the mark with totaly inaccurate information. You should be ashamed for all of the bogus information provided when researching my personal info and background history. I am still in shock and awe how Inept your fiction writers came up with my own. For christ sake I've lived in my present location for over a year , with no mention. Lord knows how many others good name has suffered at your inability. Don't give up your day job, perhaps alternate employment for all of you. You even require guidelines for reviewers. Spokeo is very deceptive

Spokeo is very deceptive about how they automatically bill you. No warning, nothing on their website that if you use it once that in 7 days you will be billed $29.95. They are not a honest company. I would not recommend them. I had a hard time finding where I could cancel any further deductions and had difficulty contacting someone. The person I finally spoke to was very nice but only gave me a portion of a refund. Just be careful when you use them.

Watch out for the recurring charges

The info was hardly useful. They advertise a 95c per lookup on signing up. They will charge you every month a ridiculous $29.95 if you don't watch out. I was lucky to see this recurring charge on my credit card. Many people might miss it and that's their business model. Terrible

Scam Warning.

I stumbled upon the Reverse Loop site by accident in mid Jan 26. I did though have a quick look at the services they provided. I did not knowingly ask for anything from them but to my astonishment I was advised by Pay Pal on 1 Feb 26 that there was a pending payment due on 1 Feb 26. I contacted Pay Pal immediately and they promptly cancelled my payment. Close shave! - I see from reading the reviews that I am not the only one with a similar complaint.

Yes and No to using them

Yes while they do what they say, do not use them. They have a poorly designed website and they make it hard to cancel. They seem use to disgruntled users of their site and will give back a refund but only partial. Be mindful when signing up for the trial. They also do not send out any notifications on whether the trial is ending or not, whether you like to continue with the full version. Their FAQ pages are also lag heavy almost as if they are lack luster. You want to cancel, cancel before they can charge you 29 dollars. Again, I was able to get about half back.

Excellent Spokeo customer service representative, Miss Mallory proved that AI cant do what she can do.

Spokeo has real people that actually made a miracle happen today. Usually all customer service is done with a chatbot. I accidentally put personal contact information in a public comment and wasn't able to find a way to delete it. I sent emails and did not get anywhere with that. I talked to the virtual assistant and of course no help there either. I was in panic mode when I talked to someone from customer service who could not help me, but after insisting there had to be a way to delete the comment. Miss Mallory came on the line and saved me. She reassured me she was still on the line while we waited for my request to be fulfilled. We really didn't know if it could. Finally Mallory said it was done and to check my account. Yessss! The comment was removed. Miss Mallory proved the world can not survive on AI after all. Thank you so much Mallory❤️

The information provided seemed accurate but the sneaky automatic subscription is deceptive and if you use the service make sure you don't get bit like I did.
Having a business model like that would nauseate me if I had to work the phones answering the constant stream of complaints about being ripped off.

Terrible website

Terrible website. DO NOT sign up for their service. It's nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. You can't simply press a button to cancel. You have to call or email them. But they will take months to get back to you. Which you will be charged to full amount until they finally reach back out. No refunds even if you attempted to cancel months before and never used the site again. They will just say the terms of service state no refunds. But what they fail to mention is you can't cancel without contacting them. If you really need to get information, just know you will have to pay for at least 3 to 4 months even if you only wanted a month. It's obvious why they require you to call or email to cancel. They make sure to wait as long as possible so they can steal your money. No idea how it's legal to do what they do. Just wanted to warn people before hand. Subscribe at your own risk.

Complete scam, they will tell you a low amount you will be charged once then charge you for a complete different amount, then you can no longer use the account or login to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

The man on the phone -- Kirk or Kurt --…

The man on the phone -- Kirk or Kurt -- was fantastic! It was the most pleasant phone call I've had with someone I'd never met, nor will I ever meet. His voice is soothing, like what you hear on a Jazz station on the radio. I wanted to just keep talking to him about anything.
I'd actually like to call him back! Never felt so peaceful and calm after a phone call with a stranger.
I could go on and on.
He's like cocoa butter on a soul.
