Stay far away - awful costumer”service” !
Stay far away from ordering anything on this site!
Completely awful costumer”service”, very rude and childish behavior from staff who will interrupt you and hang up on you, just to make people give up, so they can keep the money.
And there for nothing will be solved, as they simply don’t care about there costumers.
They keep saying the package is send, but they can’t send you the track and trace number.
Ordered a thing there and the package never came, it clearely never got send, so it got annulled, even with them, but then trying to get your money back from what you don’t receive is a big task, they will just string you a long, give the blame to the package company, give you a fake track and trace nr. and never contact you back, so you’ll have to call over and over to try and get your money back, talking to one dishonest and rude employees after the other, who simply don’t listen.
Had to ask many times to even be told the track and trace nr. on the phone, (that never came by mail) while the woman laughing, because then it doesen’t even exist, it was fake. Every time you call, they just say oh the package company haven’t responded, they will contact them again, instead of just returning your money from the annulled package, like they’re supposed to.
There are some really controlling women on the phone with them, who will interrupt you over and over with even lies, and say please don’t interrupt them and if you try to get a word in the conversation too, they will just hang up on you. They’re so disrespectful and don’t care at all about their costumers. And keep your money captive.
And they even stole the money from my account - AFTER the package was annulled - because it clearely wasn’t getting delivered!

Your respond is a direct lie. That's not what happened at all. What I wrote is what happended - your costumer service is awful and there was hunged up several times, same with the other things - why would I make this up and use my time on telling what happened, if it didn't happen. I have a life. For you guys to not just apoligize for it and make an effort to have a better custumer service, but just refuse everything and call me a lier - just really shows how awful your costumer service really is. And yes the tracking number provided on the phone after asking many times for it, didn't exist anywhere. Again you blame the package company everything and me - but the truth is that you never send me the e-mail with the tracking number or the e-mail that your company actually had send the package - and that doesen't have anything to do with if a package company lose a package or not.
