I saw that this firm was one of the ones listed on the internet selling the product that i wanted (a Rudy Project cycling helmet) at a very good price. I deceide to ask a few questions so i rang them the following day and then placed an order. That was Thursday and the helmet arrived on the Saturday. Prertty impressive!

First time I have used sport and speed and found them through a google search. They were considerably cheaper than anyone else for the bag and bought an it arrived the next day. Great service.

Excellent service ordered the Rudy Project cycling helmet and it arrived within 48 hours - thats what I call customer service. The helmet is a very cormfortable fit and very easy to adjust even whilst out on the bike. I like the additional padding underneath the chin strap that is a very good feature as is the built in insect protective net . Finally the cost was the best I could find on the net, better than all the big cycling kit suppliers.

I scoured the net for the best priced Rudy Project cycling glasses, Sport and Speed not only had the widest range but they also had very competitive prices with free delivery. Delivery was very quick and the glasses were well packaged. Excellent.

Rudy Sterling cycle helmet was delivered promptly,well packaged and with instruction manual and alternative/extra padding,including bug mesh. So far this helmet (small/medium 54cm - 58cm) fits me perfectly and looks to be of good quality.I am pleased overall with the product and the service from sportandspeed.co.uk Thank you.

True customer service isnt necessarily getting the goods perfect from the off, it's also when there's a problem, the firm make sure that either the goods are replaced or you get a refund( and in the quickest possible turn-around time with no quibbling). Sport & Speed were offering a cycle helmet I fancied & also the best deal. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that part of the decals were pealing away. A quick telephone call saw both my return postage refunded and a replacement item sent onto me. I returned it on a Thursday & received the replacement item on the Monday -excellent service in my book. Would definately use them again.
