Sport and Speed 

I was looking for Rudy Project cycle helmet, and Sport and Speed had the model and size I wanted. It also came at a very good price and even free delivery.What more can you ask for?

From my initial enquiry, I immediately received a reply from Gila who told me what she was capable of doing for me. From that point there was no turning back her attention to what I wanted as her communication was awesome.

I bought a nice Rudy Project road helmet off Sport and Speed, since their online price was the best I found. Ordered it last Thurs, all very smooth, nice website, but I'm still waiting for the helmet to arrive (on Weds). It said 'shipped within 24 hours' but didn't ship till Monday, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive chez-moi. Just thought they could have managed expectations a bit better, but very good apart from that.

Its the first time I have used Sport and Speed and I did have some reservations at first but these were unfounded.

I had seen the fluorescent orange rudy project wingspan helmet on the site during the tour. Not only was it spot on with the colour I needed, yes I am a sad triathlete who has to have coordinating kit, but it was also only £120 which is £60 cheaper than any other site and they only stocked black and white. As I already owned those two colours this was just what I was after ( I told you my kit has to match ). This was the only site I could find said helmet so imagine my frustration when I clicked to buy and it stated the dreaded OUT OF STOCK. There was a note stating they would let me know when back in stock. I didn't give out much hope seeing as how the tour was nearly finished. However true to their word I received notification that one was in stock just last week. I clicked buy and after a very very simple checkout page 3 days later my helmet is here and is spot on. Throughout the 3 days waiting I received e mails every step of the way letting me know the progress. I cannot recommend you enough, especially now I find out you are a family run firm. Keep up the good work. Now when will you be stocking the fluorescent lime green colour....... :-)

Ordered a new helmet via the web (cracking price). I've been let down before by other retailers so rang to confirm stock etc and asked if it could be sent ASAP. The person I spoke to was helpful and offered to send it that day .

Rudy Project Rydon with IMPACTX lens - worn them out today and they are brilliant. Feel solid, light and fit comfortably.

Thank you for pre warning regarding the prescription clip ons, the site is a bit misleading... and i could really do with being able to read my Garmin!

Rudy Project sunglasses ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday, great e-mail communication.

Recently purchased goods from the on-line store, which was a really good deal. Unfortunately it needed to be exchanged. Immediate replacement sent for no extra cost. Great customer services.

I ordered a Rudy Project Sterling helmet from wiggle, having first being told it was out of stock but should be with me "within 7 days". After two months, countless emails I still didn't have a helmet. I was told that I may want to choose a different one (if I wanted a different one I would have chosen a different one in the first place!!)
I googled it, found sport and speed, bought the helmet, got the helmet, saved some money, as easy as that, wish I had done that in the first place! thanks
