The true measure of how a company cares for it's customers is in how it deals with them when things go wrong and in this case, it was dealt with perfectly.

I bought a Scicon Aerotech Evolution case from Sport and Speed. The order was processed the same day and it arrived two days later.

Oh, and the price was significantly better than everywhere else too.

This solar pack works so well it has caused a riot in our home, I have had to buy a second one just to keep the peace. I doubt it will be long before another is needed. After being caught out in the hills with no mobile battery left, my son hooked his phone up to charge as was able to let everyone know where he was. He also uses it to power his ipod speakers on the beach!

I ordered some Rudy Project sunnies which were considerably cheaper here than anywhere else I could find. They also had the glasses in stock and although it said to allow 5 working days for shipping, I received them within 2.

having not heard of them previous was bit unsure, but they had the item i wanted in stock at a competitive price, (others either did not have or for stupid price) placed order and it was processed promptly and delivery received the next day. Very happy with service, communication and the product.

Having spent time looking for the best price for a Rudy Project Sterling Helmet, I came across Sport & Speed. Having a quick look at the website i realised that not only was it the cheapest price, but it also included VAT & Delivery - far too good to miss. After an easy ordering process i quickly had confirmation that the helmet had been despatched. Unfortunately it was at this point that Sport and Speed were let down by Royal Mail. Although the helmet was despatched promptly, it still had not arrived 5 days later.
Having contacted Gila and explaining that the helmet had not arrived, she very quickly posted a second (recorded delivery) and it was with me a couple of days later.
It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that understands good customer service and I have absolutely no reservations in recommnding them.....i will certainly be shopping there again.

I ordered a SCICON Rear Bike Cover on 29th May morning and had received it 30th May.
It was packaged properly and not in a box so it could fit through my letter box, it was in stock and more competitive then the other leading online cycle websites.

I was delighted that the VAT was included (not on all sites) as was the postage (not on all sites)... the price quoted was the final price i paid. And what really delighted me was the speed of turn around: the order went in at some silly hour, but by 09:00 the next day my order had been processed and the next day my helmet arrived. In short, I could not have asked for more than I received from Sport and Speed: good value and excellent service.
