Absolute disaster company! Also Nicolas.

Absolute disaster.
Ordered a machine and paid for.
So far so good, answers and so on.
Now over 4 months of waiting, no feedback regarding delivery. Every day a new person in the service hotline where I have to leave my contact and every time they promise to give a call back - of course nobody ever called back within last four months.
Nicolas.. the Sales Manager, never ever picks his phone.

Really sad and frustrating company.
