I ordered articles form their online store with an advertised delivery date 1 - 3 days from ordering, which seemed rather fast but was exactly what I needed. Now after a week the package has not even left their depot. So if you order from their store don't expect delivery dates to be timely and up the the advertised speeds

Hello Nils, thanks for your feedback. I hope we are talking about the same order. You have ordered on Monday, 25.10.21 at 11PM. Unfortunatly, we had a public holiday in Austria on Tuesday. Therefore, your parcel left our logistic center on the second weekday after your order (yesterday, Thursday). Normally it should be at your place today. Slow shipping, no customer service line
Very slow shipping - took several days to ship, and then quite a while to arrive. They have no support number, only an email address - which takes a day or two to respond.

I bought skis
I bought skis, after the transfer of funds I received a message the next day that I had to pay more money for the transport. Only after I complained that it was not correct to change the price after payment I received an answer explaining why it happened.

Please fix this inaccuracy and be truthful. You did not answer my email or any of the questions I put on it. Hi SportOkay, I also would like this clarified. I have asked you many times for a copy of the email you claim to have sent answering my queries. Unfortunately you are not telling the truth. The only response I got was an automatic mail stating "We will answer it as soon as possible. At the moment we do need a little more time. Thanks for your understanding!".
There is nothing in my junk mail. Interestingly the time on the automatic reply matches the time you claim to have sent an email answering my questions!
Please stop this messing and honestly answer my questions.
Update 18 Feb 2021: SportOkay still have not sent the email they claim to have sent or responded to any of my emails which I sent them. Neither have they published on this site what they claim to have sent me. I have now cancelled my credit card payment. Make sure you only use credit card with this company so payment can be cancelled if necessary as in my case when they will not respond to my queries or resolve problems.
