If I have read the reviews I would have avoided this company. When saying reviews I mean the reviews on "Sports Technology" seems to be intended for Sports-tech.uk
Anyway, I have ordered a dumbbell set from this company in the end of June. They were encouraging the customers on the website to hurry to meet the next delivery which was 10th July in my case. It has not arrived on 10th July, I have not received any delivery information for a long time. Then I received a post towards the end of July that was notifying me my delivery was being delayed. By that time I have sent many emails to ask for delivery information otherwise to cancel my order but I have not received any response. After a few cancellation requests by email I received my dumbbell set on 27th July. Finally after the delivery, they have decided to respond my cancellation request and said it is not possible because it was delivered on 27th July and they have admitted they are behind with processing of all inquiries. My problem is why are you not telling your customers before the purchase that they can expect significant delays?
If you need some sort of reliable information about delivery this is not the company you would like to deal with. Delay can be caused by Covid 19 but it is their decision not to be honest with the customers.

Awful experience of this company
Awful experience of this company. I purchased a product that - though not faulty in any way - did not work in my property. As such, I contacted the company immediately to ask to return it and get a refund. Despite having sent them three emails, no one has responded. Their website has no contact details other than an email address. I am now having to seek alternative means to get a refund of a product I do not want. Steer clear of this company.

THIS MIGHT HELP!
I went through the same experience as everybody else so I will not tell you what happened. Like most of you I have tried to get in touch with the company with no success.
I originally ordered an exercise bike from SPORTSTECH, so yesterday I decided to write to them and complain about their third party vendor INNOVAMAXX and boom I got a reply! see below
I ordered by bicycle on the 14.04.20 and the website stated that the bicycle would be available from the 22.05.20. I emailed them several times and asked them for an update, absolutely nothing. To be honest I do not want to wait anymore and today I have found out that the order would not be available until the end of June so I have cancelled the order.
I told them to check TRUSTPILOT because they were receiving a lot of negative reviews.
I hope this helps others.
