Very disappointed with delivery.item…

Very disappointed with delivery.item didn't come as Evry lost our parcel so needed to be reordered ,sports direct definitely should look for a different delivery company as most of the times whenever they send through evry is always late ,never comes on time

Can't return click and collect to store. Charged £4.99 to return online

Not being able to return an online order in store is archaic. And charging you £4.99 to return an online order is disgusting. For click and collect, you pay even to pick up in store AND THEN to return? They clearly don't value the customer experience at all. Must be all about making money at every touch point. Probably won't shop here again tbh, even in store! Staff also look like they'd rather be anywhere else!

Dirty when arrived!

Received my on line order with one dirty football boot that has obviously been in a shop for people to try on! So now don’t look like a nice new pair of boots!

Excellent value

As always, excellent value from Sports Direct. The trainers came well packaged and were true to the photos on the website. The only downside is the postage cost and the fact that it is difficult / expensive to return items, so you really need to be certain of your sizing before ordering. It does stop me from buying from Sports Direct more often.

poor service / courier

Ordered some £120 boots with 9.99 next day delivery through EVRI. Boots arrived at courier but never arrived to me and are now 'lost' ... refund processed, but a very frustrated Son who had used his birthday money for these specific boots- can't be replaced as out of stock - but still available to buy on website??? seriously poor service
