Order on the 5th june still awaiting…

Order on the 5th june still awaiting the refund
Delivery quite slow and the order was split so received in two separate parcels (different days) I returned the one item 30 days ago and have an email confirming it was returned, though Sport direct claim they haven't received it and will not issue a refund until they have? I could of walked the item back quicker!
Awful response time from emails, and not getting anywhere. If you want to order online and might send stuff back, I wouldn't bother unless you are filthy rich and happy to loose the money? Disappointed with this retailer, expected better
