Purchased tickets for PSG-RBL for me and my teenage son just after the schedule was announced, of course i had to wait a few weeks for the game but confirmation came immediately after the payment. 48 hours prior I recieved the e-tickets as promised, great seats at the PSG stadium and a fantastic evening seeing PSG win & Messi scoring 2 goals. What a night! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

AVOID!!!! Scammers. Tried to purchase tickets for Newcastle V Tottenham, never received confirmation email, had correspondence saying tickets had sold out but wouldn't be charged however money has left my account and after 5 emails and a phone call with nobody answering my I have no choice but to seek legal action against the company.

From America, passed by Milano for a game, Great Experience. Easy process, tickets arrived on time.

Caution when you want to by tickets from this provider. In my case, I bought tickets for a FC Barcelona home match, but unfortunately I didn't research the prices before. That's why I bought two tickets for €231 (tickets: 2x €99, service fee: €28, delivery fee (by email!): €5).
When I saw the price of €54 on the ticket I checked the price directly on the FCB website. The same tickets would have cost €113 (tickets 2x €54, service fee €5).
It may be that the price difference is not always that high, but I would definitely try it directly at the club or on another portal.

Bei diesem Anbieter ist Vorsicht geboten. In meinem Fall habe ich Tickets für ein FC Barcelona Heimspiel gekauft, vorab aber leider nicht die Preise recherchiert. Deshalb habe ich zwei Tickets um €231 gekauft (Tickets: 2x €99, Servicegebühr: €28, Liefergebühr (per Mail!): €5).
Erst als ich am Ticket den Preis von €54 gesehen habe, habe ich die Preise direkt auf der FCB-Website gecheckt. Die gleichen Tickets hätten €113 gekostet (Tickets 2x €54, Servicegebühr €5).
Es mag sein, dass die Preisdifferenz nicht immer so hoch ist, ich würde es aber in jedem Fall auch direkt beim Verein oder auf anderen Portal probieren.

They gave us tickets for 2x40€, we paid for them 228€. It’s not in sector which we chose.
We had question, if we need PCR test and they did not answear. Never again.

Ordered tickets on 31/08/21for Tottenham game on 30/10/21 mo yes was taken, but still no confirmation email of purchase or any correspondence detailing the transaction! Have emailed customer service explaining this and again have received no reply or confirmation!?

SCAM!!! DO NOT BAY FROM THIS SITE!!! i order tickets for Lazio-Milan on april 5 2020, 3 month ago... Because of this corona virus situation i asked them what will happen if match been canceled and i didn’t get reply i contact them at least 10 times on all customers support mails and never get reply.... only reply i got is from there worker who is on holiday... don’t bay that BS that they refund 150 % back...

Hi,
My name is Constantin, order no 200568, two tickets for Real Madrid vs Barcelona.
Long story short: One ticket was delivered with 15 minutes before the starting of the event, the other ticket was never delivered. They send me other three tickets that had already been used by somebody else.
Wassup no - answer me only two times (6 hours before the starting of the event) and they assured me i will recieve the tickets, then next four hours rejected my calls and no answer.
I sent an e-mail regarding refund my money for the ticket I don't received but no answer.

Good experience overall with the company. I got the tickets a few hours before the game, as planned. If any issue/question, there is always the possibility to speak with a "human" on the phone unlike some other provider who exclusively deal by emails and may take some time to respond.

Great service and a very good company! I had a great experience!

When I bought tickets online, I realized that I was buying from a serious company.
They asked me for several confirmations to see if I am myself, if the credit card was mine and if the documents sent were mine.
After the approved purchase (it took about 12 days until the approval), then they started to find two tickets side by side (me and my son) in order not to be separated.

With 3 days until the game, I receive confirmation of tickets in my email, and at last they were in my possession.

The treatment they gave me was sensational, every time I sent an e-mail, they promptly answered me, so I was aware of everything and all the stages of the effective entry.

I definitely recommend 365 to buy any sports tickets, you can trust that they are fully competent and responsible.

What a lovely experience. Service was so kind and efficient. Tickets were promptly delivered to hotel. Seats and hospitality at the stadium were uplifting.
