I cannot stress enough how much i DO NOT recommend purchasing through this site.

We purchased two tickets for the long side for the Benfica V Paris SG match in Lisbon. There was no contact from the company until the day before the match, which was mostly fine except when they finally did drop off the tickets we looked at them and saw the two tickets were not even in the same section. We did NOT purchase single seats and there was no exception listed for this match per their terms and conditions, so since they said they are “committed to seating in pairs,” seating together is what we expected. We tried to reach them via WhatsApp, their emergency line, and the phone number listed on their Facebook and website without any answer until the morning of the match. They “tried to find a solution” but could not get us seats next to each other or even just in the same section. They offered a 200 euro refund, which for reference we paid almost 550 for in total. As a young woman in a foreign country, being separated from the only person I know is not only upsetting, it is unsafe. I pleaded with them to find a solution but they told me I needed to call again “in the morning” to discuss it with a manager. I stated that I tried calling multiple times and left messages and they had no response for that. I am beyond upset as we spent a lot of money to see a match together, a true once in a lifetime experience, and their negligence ruined it. They will take no responsibility for it, even after we did everything right per their regulations and terms. To be determined on if the tickets will even work when we get there.

(Side note, they sent plastic cards to us as the tickets and in hidden in their terms they state that the cards have to be returned per the instructions on the card, or else be charged a fee, but there is no instruction on the card and no note in the ticket envelope on where to give the tickets back to. They told us to leave it with hotel reception but honestly not even sure the hotel will allow that. Also to be determined.)

Crooks, impossible to reach them by phone. I bought tickets for 235 euros, in the end I received the most misplaced tickets worth 20 euros!!

good afternoon I bought the tickets to see juventus benfica on the 14-09-2022, everything in order I received the tickets in time to see the game everything ok thank you

We thought we purchased tickets but received an email saying order was placed and confirmation with tickets would come later. A day later, they informed me the tickets were not available, leaving us no time to find other tickets as we were buying close to the event.

Funds have not been released from my credit card yet and link in email they provided to alternative tickets does not work.

I would proceed with caution if at all.

Fabulous service purchased tickets to see Lazio at Stadio Olympico 5 hours before arriving in Rome - tickets were emailed and seats were fantastic- would highly recommend , using again.

Hi everyone. I bought tickets for PSG-Lille game (21.09.2022) through Sports Events 365 website. At first they asked me to verify that I’m paying from my own credit card, because there’re a lot of credit card fraud cases. So I send them my ID card and the copy of my credit card (also erased the first 12 digits). Then they confirmed my order and I had to wait for my tickets to be sent. It was told that tickets can be send right 24 hours before the game day. So I waited for some days and then started scrolling internet to see other people’s review for this website. And I was very upset when I saw some comments saying that they sold someone fake tickets and etc. I was really hoping it won’t happen to me, but for 90% I was sure they gonna dump me :) but suddenly a few days later they send me my tickets and I felt relieved. At the game night when I was standing in the queue I still had a worry about the tickets, I thought maybe they are fake and I cant get in. But it went ok and I had the best night of my life. Watching Neymar, Messi, Mbappe playing together, seeing them in reality was amazing. So guys don’t worry. If me getting my not fake tickets wasn’t just coincidence you can trust this guys :) good luck

We had an excellent experience, purchasing tickets to the Liverpool vs Manchester United match last month, had to make a change in our reservation. Yori Eden did his best to help us and kept accompany us by phone and whatsapp till we returned home. We highly recommend.

This is a criminal organization. I have bought two tickets for the long side in the middle of the stadion for €144 each an I have payed €335 including service fee and tax.

Today I have received my tickets and they were €59 each. So that is a difference of €217.

I have contacted them for the issue and all they replied to me was a picture with a bladibla story about operating in the second market and try to sell the best tickets against the best prices….etc.

I am also disappointed in Barcelona that they do business with such an organization. I have have supported them all my live but this ends now.

I feel sorry for the people who wants to work for such an organization.

I know, nobody cares but this is just to warn other people. Do not buy your tickets here. And also not via the website campnou

I still could buy the tickets for the price I paid but did not receive.

So, it is not a matter of demand, because there was place enough in the stadion.

Read also you own terms and conditions 5.11 first sentence. In the rare event that…..

Did you offer to refund? No! I tried to contact you but you immediately send me a picture with the terms and conditions.

Please buy your tickets directly from the Barcelona website or somewhere in the city. Not from this organisation.

I used Sports Events 365 to get a ticket for the FA Cup Final. They helped me make my decisions and also were flexible in helping me get the physical ticket due to some personal circumstances. My family and I had a fantastic experience watching the second match of the Champions League semi-final. I recommend the site to everyone.

A scam, indiference or just a bad business model- you be the judge? I bought 2 tickets for the AS Roma-Leicester Conference League semifinal game. We were prevented from going due to a family issue, as we were not from Italy and informed them. The agents promised to resell my tickets 2 days before the match, but nothing was accomplished, even though this was a sold-out venue. The agent responsible suddenly became unavailable and closed shop the day before the game. They failed to deliver my tickets in 4 consecutive e-mails prior to the match. I received 2 PDF tickets 2.5 hours before the game, which basically left me stranded, stressed out and without any chance of selling the tickets or getting a refund. The tickets were not for the stadium section I bought, and had twice lower face-price than I was charged. I lost a total of 300 Euros because of this. This was my first and last time doing business with this ticket provider. I feel very dissapointed. Very sad this is allowed in the European Union.

I bought a ticket for Arsenal vs Brighton game at Emirates Stadium from Sports Events 365 and everything went smoothly. Got the ticket 24h before the match right into my iPhone wallet. Entered the stadium without any problems. The Arsenal lost :( but I'm very satisfied with the service I got from Sports Events 365 and the seats were amazing. The first row, right behind the goal. I will defiantly use them again for tickets.

The whole experience was great. Obviously, the football was brilliant. The seats were excellent and for a reasonable price. The site is straightforward to use, the search function is useful, and the information is clear. Overall very recommended.
