Wow!!! I wish I read these reviews before I purchased $200 worth of merchandise (Hood Gaiters)! After months of waiting for my purchases to arrive, I only received half my purchase and the worst thing is that their contact information is subpar! Still haven’t heard from them and Xmas is next week! DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM UNTIL THEY GET THEIR 💩 TOGETHER!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!! I had to give them 1 star in order to write a review !!! I ordered a Christmas item and the tracking does NOT exist in any file !!! Ive emailed them twice and NO response !!!!! STUPID me for ordering from someone that DOES NOT use PAYPAL !!!!

Don't waste your time or money. They will send you the wrong items, demand you return them *which is fine* and not send you your actual item or refund you until you send it back. So, they hold your money for a month or so, send you whatever they feel like, then you don't get your money back until you send back what they incorrectly sent you. Their customer service is HORRIBLE

I order a family set of Pajamas over $200 on November 22 I have not got an email or anything. The tracking showing as if they left the store it hasn't. I have contacted my bank requesting my money back not playing with tthem. Do not order from them Christmas is next week thats a Damm shame.

If I could put zero stars I sure would. Ordered some slippers from this company, realized I got the wrong ones the VERY next morning after. They took my money out right away, like all companies. Then I asked for my order to be cancelled the very next morning, and for a refund and they told me I couldn’t cancel because the order was already processed! Bullcrap. It wasn’t even 12 hours later... not possible. Never buy anything from this crooked company. All they want is your money.

Bad experience. Product ordered. After 2 weeks of no contact or notification I reached out. Refund issued. No explanation.

I ordered face masks and a Christmas ornament. Received shipping notifications really quickly- was surprised they were coming separately, but as long as I got them, I didn't care. Got the masks on time, but ornament was stuck "pending" with FedEx. After I week, I sent email to SFI Customer Service. Got an email reply that same morning and a new shipment notification shortly after. It got stuck for a few days with FedEx again (I am in Canada) but I got it yesterday and am very happy with the ornament! Very pleased with the products and the customer service.

I purchased a gator for the NE Patriots, get the package 2 weeks later and it is for the wrong team. Email them immediately and they ask me to send a picture (as if I'm lying). The options they offer to correct THEIR error are: keep it for 25% off (ha!) Or they send me a postage paid envelope so I can return the item, THEN they give me a refund. UNACCEPTABLE. They messed up, they should send me my money back immediately. Buy your sports apparel elsewhere. JCPenney, Kohls, etc have great selection and much better customer service.

Just as many have said we purchased these items for a Xmas gift that was supposed to arrive on 12/8. We went from having a delivery date to no delivery and now a status that says pending. No one answers when we try to call and we don't know what to do. We would like to have our items or our money back. My husband is pissed!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would these ppl scammed me right during the hoildays as if the pandemic an losing my 2 month old son was enough y'all can go to hell

I pay 7 dollars for shipping to come in 7 days it is over 7 days. I order it on nov 30 and it never come and I can’t see where it is at. I sorry to said I gave them 1 stars.

My experience with this company was very positive. Ashley was very understanding and returned my call within 20 minutes after I submitted a call back request. Ashley has excellent customer service skills, and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My family will only order from this company when it comes to Florida Gators merchandise. I wish that I could give them 10 stars!!!!

Tried placing an order and after giving payment information I was told they couldn't process my transaction but yet the money was immediately taken from my account. Received no confirmation number or verification email so it's obvious to me I was immediately ripped off ! Yet another group of online crooks

Incredible buying experience! From beginning to end, including a wonderful coupon, we were blown away. Communication was efficient and beyond speedy! Every item we wanted was available in the quantities we needed, and at a reasonable price (shipping included!)
This shop definitely deserves your business!

I purchased a Christmas ornament and they sent me the wrong one. I've bought items from them before this is the first time my order was incorrect.

I have nothing but positive comments for SFI. Their communication and company policy is top line.
My order arrived early, especially with living in Canada.
One item was missing and another was damaged but I contacted them and received a response almost immediately stating the item missing would be sent and the damaged one replaced. No need to worry about sending it back!
We are so thrilled with all of the other items we received...good quality!

I ordered these cute Bills sneakers for my fanatic sister.
After I ordered, I realized I should have it gift wrapped. I sent an email after the order and got a response right away! Unfortunately gift wrap was unavailable but I was so impressed my request didn't go straight to spam!

I ordered a few items over the weekend and had a little panic attack when I saw the negative reviews. I am so happy I did not try canceling the order because I have received the first portion (masks) of the order today (3 business days later!!) and it was fantastic! The quality is as good as any other masks I've seen and I could not have asked for faster shipping! Very pleased with experience!

There was an issue with the delivery of my order and Ashley from customer service was able to help me right away! She was so kind and wonderful and was genuinely interested in helping me get my order delivered to the correct location, even during this busy holiday time. I could not be happier with my order and the customer service I received. I also could not be more thankful for Ashley and her excellent customer service and time.
