Mark was excellent in helping me with a mistake I made on my end! The team went out of their way to help correct the mistakes made in which lead to a solid game plan.

Ari Ari Ari is probably the only name I want to see come up for support this guy is super professional empathetic and took the time to look into and fix my issues he was the only person to do this I had been chatting with people for a week and a half and this person fixes it in minutes so promote this guy to be in charge of support he is the only supporter

I was dealing with Shawn and he was very helpful in dealing with my questions on how some contests/bets were graded. I find the customer service team try their best to answer questions and satisfy the customer. Some of the best feature of the site is their vast betting menu, free promotions and the quickest payouts I have ever seen in the industry.

Criminal, never use this site. I signed up yesterday and deposited 60$ of my hard earned money and the added it to 75 bonus pts that i did not want and so now i had 135 bonus points and said i had to spend 810 which is 6x the total of my money and the bonus money within 2 month. I then made 5x 5$ bets 25$ total because now i thought i had to spend 810 in order to get my money back. They only counted the 25$ as 5$ so not i have to spend 805$ in 2 months. This website has no intentions of paying anyone out . Straight up goofs ,also i still had one bet active with à game the following day and it says i lost when i won on the first game and the second game didnt happen yet.

NEVER accept their WELCOME BONUS. It locks you into spending a couple grand at subpar odds within a few weeks, OR the bonus AND all your winnings are automatically deleted! I repeat, you CANNOT withdraw ANY bet winnings if you accept the Welcome Bonus! This should be a crime. Way to welcome new customers! Have since moved to fanduel. I won't be accepting ANY welcome bonuses anywhere ever again!

This is in regards to the slots casino. I understand variance and rtp% so i fully understand the dips of spinning slots. Most slots on this site are worse by over a full percentage point compared to every other casino. In no Casino have I gone over 1000 spins with no Bonuses except on this site. To this date I have 25c bet close to $300 and have never seen a bonus.

Just play anywhere else if you want to actual enjoy not losing every single time you play.

A lot of bug ! system is slow . system some times just flood away and you can connect to the web site . the live bet are freezing very often . we can take some live bet in sports even because the system is always feezing odds are blocked . the search bar doesnt work very good too . The page can certainly improve . They dont have fidelity rewards or vip for fidelity client . But at least they have a good choice of pre game offer bet .

They allowed me to deposit then locked my account and would not let me withdraw my full funds..... there customer support also claimed they do not require all customers to verify who they are before withdrawals. I have no clue how they are allowed to operate legally in Canada

Terrible sportsbook. Gives you the run around when withdrawing even when it’s not the first time withdrawing. They require a colour bank draft for withdrawal even though they have no issues taking credit deposits instantly. This company is run by Mohawk natives in Quebec, they are essentially Canadian organized crime. Stay away from these crooks, it’s well advised.

If there was a negative scoring, I would put it there. First time betting on a sports event and I used the promotion offer of $250 with my $400 bet and I won a total of $1300. They refused to give me anything back until I added another $2700. I won fair and square and they wouldn't give me any of my winnings. Extortion at it's finest. I feel very sorry for those that have addictive personalities and fall for this scam. I would never recommend this site to anyone, stay away like the plague.

I had no problems. Perhaps reading their rules may solve all the confusing. I was told I had, I believe it was 45 days to use up the bonuses, or whatever amount of money bet wise. For me it was 4K, WORTH of bets. I had no problems, and I ended up winning 2k from my sign in. This site is friendly and when I need info, they gave me the info that was needed and explained with great details.

Complete scam on the bonus offers then tried to use the money to bet and said no other then sports when she wanted to use in casino. What difference would it have made stilll gonna spend the money on your website. I’m moving to another site this one is terrible and they steal ur money. Don’t join this site

Their promos are very misleading. Think twice before you click the Opt In button for any promos. Their game is to mislead you, take your money with their 'promos', then basically tell you to go pound sand. There are several other sports book options in Canada -- I've used several, and Sports Interaction is easily the worst I've tried. I'm not sure how these guys haven't been shut down yet. Beware!

Their customer service is as bad as the shady promos they offer. Spoke with Jaime today -- zero customer service or comprehension skills.

I've since requested that my account be closed, and recommend that you do too! My issue has been escalated and I was promised that somebody would be reaching out, and of course that hasn't happened.

If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Edit (Feb 19) - nobody had reached out to me, as I was promised they would. Account is now closed, and Sports Interaction actually sent me a survey to ask how their customer service did in my interaction with them. 😂

Edit (Feb 24) - Avery from SI attempted to call me. I've called back twice, and Avery was unavailable both times. I've left a message for Avery saying that if they want to contact me, to send me an email. Unsure what SI is trying to accomplish at this point. Jaime made it perfectly clear that SI will do nothing to resolve my issue, and that they were completely fine with my taking my business elsewhere, which I've done. I've gone back to Bodog.

Compared to other sportsbooks, (I’ve used a half dozen or so), this is by far the worst one. The so called “promotions” make you jump through hoops just to have access to your money. The depositing is so simple, so geared towards you putting your money into their pockets. But when it’s time to withdraw anything it’s a baffling ordeal. These guys are obviously small-time and can’t compete so they need to rob you to stay afloat. Don’t waste your time or money.
Update - I’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings for the last few days and they keep cancelling the withdrawal and saying they need more banking info and that the only way to obtain it is for me to deposit more money and bet that money for it to be verified. They must think people are stupid. Sports Interaction can respond to this review all they want arguing that these are simple processes and so forth but it is apparent that they don’t want to give people their winnings. It’s actually pathetic the lengths they are going to here. No other sportsbook does this I’ve never had a problem it’s wild.

UPDATE TO REPLY TO SPORTS INTERACTION:
Your team reached out to me to tell me that you would not stand by the affiliate bonus - this sites a scam, why not be transparent in your reply?

I signed up to Sports Interaction using an affiliate link and deposited $1000. Sports Interaction only honored $200 of the deposit match. After I reached out to customer service to remedy the situation they said this is the maximum they will allow me to be matched and the affiliate bonus is no longer valid. I did some digging and found the the affiliate bonus is valid and working, however, Sportsinteraction is not honouring their word for an advertised bonus - this is ridiculous, stay away from this site! it's a scam and they are trying their best to cheat me out of my bonus that I signed up through the affiliate link with. I will be complaining to the affiliate. I have been trying to work this out with them since February 5th and they have been very difficult since then.

Dont even be ware of this scam website, just stay away entirely.

They are not transparent about their terms of service in advance. Their entire model is designed to turn casual sports betters into addicts.

They will steal your money. They will refuse to pay you your winnings.
They will play every dirty, nasty, disgusting trick in the book to screw you out of any of your hard earned money that you mistakenly place with them.

If you're not in with them yet, run away.
If you are in, get what you can and get out as soon as possible.

They could improve by not scamming people.
