Pre ordered a co2 pistol, Newport store, and paid in full before arrival. The member of staff couldn't find my order in the store room or my order on their website. Eventually found my order after a lot of stress and waste of time for me. Enquiring about a certain Fx rifle, compact, takedown that I would have liked to purchase and they didn't even know that they sold it. It has been on their site for many months. The choice of pre used air rifles is non existent and they Do Not have the facilities to fill up air bottle tanks, despite being one of the biggest arms dealers in the area. I personally had a awful experience and would definitely Not be going back to Newport store.

I purchasing a HIK MICRO LRF day/night scope from Tom in Exeter Sportman. I was not familiar with this model- Tom kindly directed me to the Sportsman Gun Centre, Dorset where I met with Gary and Bert. They immediately made me feel very welcome. I then had the pleasure of Gary physically showing me how to zero the scope at 100m on their range and gave me a full demonstration and briefing on everything the scope could do.
If you require any information on HIK MICRO I could not recommend Gary highly enough. His knowledge and expertise on these scopes are second to none.
He is also a top guy and cannot thank him enough for his help.
It is for these reasons, I only use Sportsman for my shooting requirements.

The new team they've been building over the last year headed up by James is great. Always welcoming and go above and beyond to help me out. The advice I get from the guys in there is second to none.

Popped in today as my son had outgrown his junior sized shotgun to find him something a bit more suitable.
Met Tom and he couldn't of been more helpful,he ran my son through all the guns that would be suitable for him (and my budget), checked for fit etc, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Only downside was I had to spend a bit more money as my lad wanted to try it out at ashcombe shooting ground on the way home😁. Many thanks.

I was having trouble getting hold of JSB Shorts Die 35.
Tom Jordan spoke to me and explained that you can never guarantee getting any more of the same die from JSB due to the die having a limited life span.
I took this on board, and decided that pellet testing would have to be the way ahead.
However the following day I received an email from Tom, without me even asking he took it upon himself to go and look to see if all the Die 35 pellets had indeed been sold!
As luck would have it he found the remaining Die 35 that they had in stock and contacted me to see if I would like them.
Now that is what I call customer service!!

Ben Lightfoot at Newport is an Airgun genius. He customised my FX DRS for me. It now shoots perfectly, is the most accurate gun I own, and his customer service and response time is excellent. Highly recommended. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I visited the Exeter showroom to buy a gun. They have a great selection of guns with a very professional set up. Dealt with Mike who was very knowledgeable and helpful. If he could bottle his enthusiasm and sell it, he'd make a fortune. As someone else has already said, they are truly in a league of their own!! Nothing was too much trouble. I shall return.

The Exeter store is brilliant, massive range of sporting goods available to handle and compare. I’ve visited twice recently returning today to make a number of purchases. On all occasions I’ve received exceptional customer service from Tom Jordan. He spent 6hrs with me today and I had his undivided attention. I highly recommend Tom and his store. 👏

Bought a new fx .35 fac couldn’t hit a barn door seller got my gun straight back to sportsman gun centre for warranty it’s going into 4th months and no one knows if it’s even been looked at I’ve rang 4 times and there still asking for my name and number with another promise to ring what a poor show , must be full of poor fx’s in for repair
