Strong build and very nice
I bought the F37s pro. The product came on time and the build is pretty strong. It does what it says. I will reduce 1 star for the software on the built-in screen. It keeps asking to subscribe for every little thing which is annoying and I had issues logging into my account in the start which was resolved later.

Treadmill
I ordered a treadmill on May 1, Sportstech sent the shipping confirmation on May 5, however the link remained inactive for a very long time. Only after I contacted the customer care, it finally moved on May 13. From this moment all went smooth, item was delivered on May 18. The equipment looks professional, I tested it a couple of times, so far happy with the quality. If not the long waiting time would be 5*

Absolutely terrible experience with Sportstech.

The product arrived with bent metal parts, and assembling it was a nightmare because of the poor instructions and bad build quality. After spending hours trying to assemble it, I requested a return.
This is where the real disaster started.
I repeatedly explained that the damaged parts made it impossible to properly disassemble and repackage the machine. Despite this, I kept receiving copy-paste responses that completely ignored my questions.
I clearly stated multiple times that I did NOT want a replacement anymore and only wanted a refund. They still continued talking about exchanges.
A pickup was finally scheduled for 18.05.2026. I stayed available the entire day. Nobody came. Nobody called. I left the package outside for collection, and rain started afterwards because their pickup team simply never showed up.
Now the product is practically as good as rubbish, and I have wasted an unbelievable amount of time, energy, and patience dealing with this company.
The most frustrating part is not even the defective product — it’s the complete lack of coordination, accountability, and basic communication.
I genuinely cannot recommend this company to anyone.

12 km/ hr maximum run speed with LED indicator- such a simple yet novel approach in this price range. Manual inclination of 9% is a perk to have.

The Bluewheel HX720 Hoverboard Schwarz arrived super fast and was ready to go right out of the box after a quick charge. It feels really sturdy and well-built, making it a joy to ride for both me and my kids – definitely a fantastic purchase for some outdoor fun!
We also purchased a Bluewheel HX510 Hoverboard and we are very happy about it. It is fantastic for outdoor fun for adults and kids alike.
