Great Value and Super Sturdy!
I’ve been using the KS270 pull-up bar (SP_KS270) for a few weeks now, and it’s been fantastic. Installation was quick, and the bar feels extremely stable during workouts. Perfect grip and great build quality—definitely a solid choice if you're serious about home fitness.

I am quite satisfied with my purchase, I bought a vibration plate, along with the delivery times and customer support, most of all appreciate that there is a physical location near me, in Berlin, where to test the devices and receive competent advice

The quality of the products is really good and the price is very affordable, nevertheless even though at the end we were able to solve the problems due to them sending several times the same items and not refunding the corresponding money, it was a very tedious endeavor and one that took way too long to finish (3 months)

I have a sportstech F37 treadmill, the belt keeps slipping and i have been waiting over 3 weeks for someone to reply to my query of how to fix it.

I have tightened the belt but its still slipping, and for a treadmill, that i paid nearly 1k for this service is not acceptable

Waiting for the delivery since 2 weeks while 3-5 days were announced. Useless support pointing me to wrong transport company with no tracking information.

My spad1000 Arrived broken in a box that has been broken during shipping process.
The email bot told me I need to pay for a new box on their website and send product back if I want a refund. Return would cost me half of the price of the product ON MY END when I ordered something that arrived damaged. Just lost money and no one is answering my emails. They send you automatic emails saying they will shortly be responding but still waiting after weeks. Complete scam.

I bought the S-Bike Lite for my wife in November 2024. She needs a spin bike to help recovering from a bad accident. The Sportstech website said the bike was available within a week, but it was delivered in February 2025. It arrived with 4 pedals but with no screws and no saddle. I tried to call Sportstech many times but no one answered the calls. I reported the issue via the form on their website. I stated which parts were missing and also uploaded a photo of all parts. Since no one got back to me, I sent an email to their support again detailing everything. They responded and told me to submit the form which I already did. I then contacted them several more times, and asked for the missing parts, but there has been no further communication from them. Last week I filed a request to return the bike and get a full refund. I also emailed the same request to their support, but no one has responded to it yet. I spent €829 for a bike that cannot be used. They don't want to send me the missing parts and they don't want to get it back and refund my money. Sounds like a scam to me.

At Bluewheel.de I ordered online a Offroad Hoverboard on 3.8.24. The confirmation of my order came fron Sportstech.de. Since then, I am waiting for this product. In the meantime, I got in touch with them several times via their online form , which is the only way to reach this company (no telephone, no e-mail provided). Every time I got an automatically generated answer back. Sportstech offered then to pay back a 5% of the price to recompense the long waiting time. Unlike in their own confirmation mail, this money never reached me. By the end of november I asked my money back, since then, no answer and no pay back.
So shortly, this is a company that betrays costumers!

On the 28 August 2020 I purchased a SP_SX600 (ORDER DETAILS: Y920181900022778 from 28.08.2020 at InnovaMaxx GmbH) costing 1149 Euros
In November 2024 the screen went blank and so there is no resistance/control of the exercise bike. The screen touch buttons light up when the power is switched on but the screen buttons do not respond and the screen is black. Since raising a support request and follow up emails I have only received repeated excuses about how busy they are and to be patient, all written in German. Most annoyingly I have since been bombarded with adverts to purchase their products. I would recommend that no one goes anywhere near this company, because there is no UK support and at present, I am left with what is effectively a very expensive pile of scrap metal.
I do not know how Sportstech have reached a 4 star rating but for me this is disinformation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bad quality, no real after sales service...

I purchased the F10 laufband at the end of 2022. It was working great for about 1.5 years, until it would suddenly shut off in the middle of runs, almost throwing me off a couple of times. It is still under warranty, so I contacted Sportstech and had a virtual appointment with a technician, who ordered a spare part for the product. I was informed that the delivery would be a bit delayed due to a warehouse move. This was three months ago. Not only has the part not arrived, but the company no longer responds to any messages from me. For an expensive fitness product like a treadmill, I can only recommend that customers go to another company that will honor their warranty or at the very least respond to their customers. I loved this product while it was working but it is no longer usable and the customer support is beyond disappointing.

Do not buy products from this company. If anything goes wrong and replacement parts are required. Forget it and dispose of the product in the trash. The parts are never in stock. They suggest try amazon parts... really.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Bad customer service experience, I need a spare part to be replaced on my spinning bike, and they're not replying at all.

Sportstech Brands Holding GmbHSportstech's inability to ship parts to the UK due to Brexit has been a significant source of frustration for the customer. This limitation has prevented a timely resolution to the issue with the crosstrainer. Be careful before go ahead.

I had a great experience shopping with this online retailer. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful and handled all of my requests quickly and efficiently. They even went above and beyond by adding additional items to my order as compensation for any inconvenience. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to others.

It took a little time to find the right parts for the VC300 because the absence of the on line exploded drawing for the VC300. Thanks to Monika’s help and technical people at the end the right parts were founded and shipped to me. Thank you for the excellent service.

This machine is definitely top-notch. Sure, I had a minor hiccup with one part, but customer service was awesome - super responsive and helpful.

Putting it together was a bit of a puzzle. I even got a little lost at times. Thankfully, there's a helpful YouTube video that shows the assembly process. Here's a pro-tip: Check out the explosion drawing before you start. It'll save you a ton of frustration, trust me.

Overall, great machine!
